Plastic carry-out from the brewery. Slightly hazy straw colour with a ring of translucent bubbles; farmyardy aroma; light citrus flavour with a touch of ginger spice adding to the finish. Light and refreshing, but rather plain and simple.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass, hop oil. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110430]
