Bottle. Hazy yellow, orange and still. Aromas are earthy apple juice with Lightly woody with some acidity. Flavours are sweet and sour apple with some vinegar and citrus acidity. Alcohol is not too evident. Decent but seems a bit watery.

RBESG August 2011, Southampton Arms. Pale golden with a small white head. Aroma of apple, with some funk and wood. Fruity sweetish apple flavour with a pleasant bit of tartness.

Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple peel, sweet apple, barnyard. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, light dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20100123]
