On handpump at the Salisbury Arms, Cambridge on 27 July 2011. Straw colour. Slight haze. Sharp fruit aroma. More fruit on the palate. Some sweetness. Moderate acidity but fairly low tannin. Tart and refreshing.

Cask@Salisbury, Cambridge. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is apple juice, mild cinegar and some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is apples, vinegar, alcohol, some nectar and mild yeastyness as well.
