On tap, rated from backlog. Aroma is malty and grainy with grass- and flower hop notes. Flavor is about the same plus some earthy hop notes.

Pours golden with big dense white foam. Aroma has belgian yeast, fruits, twigs, grains and even rice. Taste has fruity hoppiness, grass and little wood. Palate is fizzy and little bitter. All in all, it is an ok beer, there is too much hops comparing to the body.

Cloudy deep blond color, with creamy head. The aroma is a bit malty and fruity, with tones of hay and cereals. Smooth and round mouthfeel, malty flavor, mild residual sugars; it has a light cereals and hay character, and more bitterness than average German beers (if that was the inspiration).
Rustic but good. I expected more crispness, and a drier final, but that was not the case, well…

Pours a hazy and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, hay and hops with grass. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Tap at Fermentoren. Yellow colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of bread, hops, malt, citrus and wih grassy notes.

tap at fermentoren. Clear yellow, smooth white head. Mild sweet aroma, grainy, malts. Flavor is malty, dry, hay or cereral, a sweet sugary note lingers into the aftertaste, however there is also dry bitter malty notes.

Draught at fermentor brepub. Light brown with an offwhite head. Fresh grass and straw aroma along with brewmash and bread. Mild balanced bitterhop and sweet malt flavor.

(Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, 18 Feb 2012) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with grass, citrus, bread and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of grain, grass, citrus, tropical fruit and a generous grassy, herbal bitterness in a finish with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and very tasty kellerbier. Nice one.
