tap at fermentoren. Clear yellow, smooth white head. Mild sweet aroma, grainy, malts. Flavor is malty, dry, hay or cereral, a sweet sugary note lingers into the aftertaste, however there is also dry bitter malty notes.

Draught at fermentor brepub. Light brown with an offwhite head. Fresh grass and straw aroma along with brewmash and bread. Mild balanced bitterhop and sweet malt flavor.

(Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, 18 Feb 2012) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with grass, citrus, bread and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of grain, grass, citrus, tropical fruit and a generous grassy, herbal bitterness in a finish with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and very tasty kellerbier. Nice one.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Really fresh, almost tangy grassy and herbal hop aroma, some fresh fruitiness. Really fresh. Dryish grainy flavor, fresh grassy bitterness increase in the finish. Lingering bitter finish. Smooth very well balanced and fresh palate.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, moderate toasted. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malty, hay, sweet malt, metalic bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic.
