Vestergaard (687) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - FEB 10, 2015
Tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with a small, soapy white head. Aroma has really fruity hops with nuancess like unripe pear, peach, pine, mango and a hint of pilsner malts. Taste is very hoppy for a kellerbier. Slightly bitter and floral, hints of sweeter malts, but is overall more of a pale ale. The addition of citra hops do though make this an incredibly fresh, light beer that i could drink huge amounts of. Medium high carbonation and mild to watery body.
