Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and grape fruits.
Dry hoppy finish.
Could use a bit more sweetness.

Pours dark hazy amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Short duration, fine lacing. Aroma is sweet, strawberries, peach, light caramel, subdued piney. Medium, prickly carbonation, good dry mouthfeel. Pleasant hoppy flavour, peach, grapefruit, strawberries and piney. Light sugary caramel background. Good.

Nov 8, 2009 Draught @ Lord Nelson. Dark amber coloured. Very unclear. Small off white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, pine and some herbs and flowers. Flavour as well full of citrus and pine. Caramel and flowers notable. Quite impressive. Medium to full bodied. Dry. Heavily bitter in the end. Very nice.

Nov 7, 2009 From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild peachy and light grapefruity hoppy. Smooth grapefruity and hoppy peachy flavoured. Subdued sweetness. Bitter and mild sweet flavoured finish. Nicely balanced.

Nov 6, 2009 Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of grapefruits and hops as well as notes of other fruits and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of grapefruit, hops, and malt as well as medium notes of peaches other citrus fruits, and caramel, leading to a very bitter finish.
