COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

300ml, draught at Bishops Arms. A slight haze to amber body. Low beige, lacing-head. Bittersweet aroma of floral hops and malts. Blended taste of soft tropical fruits with earthy malts in the background. Smooth, dry hopped ending. That summer feeling…

Draught at Bishop’s Arms SoFo, Stockholm. Cloudy amber, fair sized head. Intense gooseberry aroma. Mid-sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Intensely hoppy; sweaty gooseberry and lychee. Unassaulting but immensely bitter finish. Lovely summer beer, although the bitterness approaches the red zone.
