COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The authentic cider experience. Uncompromised traditional medium/dry taste in a 500ml serve. We use tree ripened English and French cider apples from the Wairarapa and tree ripened apples from the Hawkes Bay. We eliminate any ’bad apples’, then press ensuring a superior quality. Hand made batches use the finest imported yeasts money can buy. We have hand crafted one of the finest ciders known to man or vulture, aged it in tanks and secondary fermentation in bottle, taking great care not to rush Mother Nature.

brought two bottles to test against invercargil breweries ltd edtition. completely different, reseller said they were told to immediately chill. I can see why as they were fizz bombs when we opened causing cloudiness. very tasty and id drink again-nice and dry.

Appears cloudy and off-green with more bready aromas than overt apple. Tart, astringent and off-dry with nods to good yeastiness and a long almost sour finish. Difficult to master more than one bottle, but nice to see another take on cider on the market.
