COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The authentic Perry experience uncompromised traditional medium/dry taste in a 500ml serve. We use tree ripened heritage pears and blend with English and French cider apples from the Wairarapa. We eliminate any ’bad fruit’, then press ensuring a superior quality, hand made batches use the finest imported yeasts money can buy. We have hand crafted one of the finest Perrys known to man or vulture, aged it in tanks and secondary fermented in the bottle, taking great care not to rush Mother Nature. Slightly sweeter than our red Crooked Cider Limited Edition.
