3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber from Hayduke. We enjoyed it together via facebook chat. I rolled my bottle to loosen the sediment and it poured hazy golden brown with a golden tinted head. The aroma was passion fruit and caramel and was not huge. When tasted the fruit was a little thin and some grapefruit was tasted underneath. Passion fruit was more prominent. Malts were noticed but were light. Mid glass some fruit roll ups were tasted and later the finish was akin to a bitter. The final sips included the foam and were creamy. This was a nice pale ale and was unique in its hop profile.

Bomber poured a clear reddish amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of caramel, earthiness and a hint of fruitiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of caramel, earthiness and a hint of fruitiness with a smooth dry lingering earthy finish.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap: Semi-cloudy copper color with a small off-white head and sticky lacing. It has a grassy, leathery aroma. Malty hop balanced taste with a mild hop finish. Not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the Boise brewhouse. The same hazy orange/amber as its big brother, "Devilís Pick" Small corase light tan head that had to be coaxed a bit from the tap. (cheaters!). Faint malty aroma lacking any big fresh hop notes. Some wet brown paper bag and grassiness. Flavor is mildy hop flavored and a balanced malt backbone. Nothing off-putting but basic and steady. Iíd like to see something a little more risky in a small brewhouse that is doing well otherwise in its market, but a pale ale is a pale ale mostly.
And this is one.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very wheaty light body, with a hint of yeast, bitter but without a hop profile, slightly off flavor.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a nice deep copper . Aroma is very citrus. Palate is a unique malt flavor I canít put my finger on but I really like. Accompanied by a nice hop presence. A solid PA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Share with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured a dark rich clear copper color with a medium sized off-white head. The nose is caramel malts with some floral hops. Medium in body and smooth in the mouth. The flavor shows passion fruit and roasted malts. Finish is bitter. It gets better as it warms. A tasty and easy to drink beer;

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Pours hazy orange with a medium beige lacy head. Aroma consists of dough, floral notes, cat piss, overly malty. Taste is also overly malty, with caramel being the dominant flavor; seems a little old, even though this brewery is fairly new to my area; itís sweet and ends on a lightly bitter note. Unimpressed.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Bier 30. Pours a dark copper color with a large white head. A sweet nose of caramel and green hops. The flavor is odd, but I like it: caramel, dusty, bitter raw hops, very strong. Interesting.
