12 oz. bottle. It pours a hazy orange color with a small disappearing head. The aroma is full with lemon/lime, cinnamon, hints of nutmeg and ginger, hay, and background notes of mildly tart fruit. The flavor is the same. More lemon/lime tartness that is actually pretty strong along with a good amount of spicy ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. There’s some herbal bitterness in a tart finish. Pretty enjoyable. There may be some funk in there, but it’s covered up by all the spices. Decent.

Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy golden hue with fizzy white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is lactic, herbal, lemon, citrus. Mouthfeel is great with a light body and crisp carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness followed by a nice tartness throughout. Overall this is a nice brew.

Bottle thanks to Nielsen ! Pours a hazy orange gold color with a half finger of eggshell foam that settles quickly. Nose is minty with hints of anise hyssop, lemon balm, sage, stale hay and orange pith. Palate has a nice upfront tartness with layers of earthy must, citrus, lavender, sorrel, lemon peel, chamomile, cinnamon. Quite complex yet still a easy sipper. Lots of fuzzy sourness on the finish. Im digging this after being weary with the initial nose but after sipping and experiencing Im finding the nuances quite intoxicating !

Pours a nice mahogany color, tannish head. What a cool beer. Think herbs, thanksgiving, potpourri, light tartness, funk, squash...I really enjoyed this. I can see how some didn’t, but it was fun and quite tasty.
