Dirty, fruity, slightly hoppy aroma. Tart, funky, fruity (passion fruit?), somewhat lactic. Hmm. Kind of like it but couldn’t drink a lot of it.

Bottle . pours clear blonde, no mentionable head . Smell is dry , typical american sourness . Hops have faded I suppose , since they are not so expressed here anymore . Taste is sour in a beautifull , intense but blanced way . Sweet-ish undertone, as well as some hoparoma , which has most surely faded, but is still recognizable . Also a really natural , green and straigt bitter hop is very clear during the first taste , after which it fades into aroma and sourness . Backbone is like a very nice American sour ale- sourness , but with a lasting sweet lingering to it from the aromahops . Very nice beer , I like it ! Perhaps should have drank it more fresh , but who knows , It just might have turned better on me since this is really balanced as it is now . Citra and Amarillo - specific tastes are most surely not recognizable anymore though

Bottle... Hazy straw-colored pour with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma features spicy phenols and dank, musky hops. Medium to full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and faint carbonation. The flavor is both sour and fruity – mostly apricot and plum. Short, tart, tangy finish. Bottle courtesy of landhoney!

Bottled. Pours yellow with a small, lacing white head. Aroma of white wine, brett, barnyard notes, wood and fruity citrus notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry acidic and slightly bitter. Light to medium bodied, watery texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Sour.

Waxed bottle shared with my wife. Slightly hazy golden pour with a tiny head. Tropical fruits on the nose, mangoes and passion fruit mainly. Taste is light acidic, some leather and tons of mangoes. Wonderful!

Pouring at EBF 2014. Pours a mostly clear gold with a thin white head. Big sweet funk, citrus and lemon on the nose. Sweet, tart and funky. Lemon and musk. Vibrant and lively, super bright and tart.

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks bro! pours almost clear bright gold with a small white cap showing minimal retention and lacing. honey bourbon, dill, celery, plain acidity - although there is an appreciable blend of lactic, citric, acetic; fragrant and tastefull sour candies (!), lightly honeyed pale maltiness. light carbonation, light body - oily; lightly bitter herbal and sharp citric finish. under CS’s standards - perhaps barrel-ageing has gone berserk or a deficient yeast taming.

Bottle 375ml. Pours golden with low white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is of garbage juice, fruits, peaches, old oxydized rag. Taste is of garbage juice, acid, fruits, citrus. Palate: Light-medium body. Soft carbonation. Overall: Good, but a tad weird. Is that "wild" yeast off?

Bottle shared by tom10101, thanks a lot Tom! Pour is hazy golden with a small white rim that only leave light lacing. Nose is of rubber, herbs, eucalyptus, smoke and lime. Weird but not offputting. Taste is really sour and loaded with lemons and grass. There is a light vinegar component to it but it is mostly lactic I think. Dry as it can be. Body is light, carbonation moderate and acidity is refreshing to say the least. Overall an OK dryhopped sour, I’ve had better examples though.
