Draught at CBC ’14. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, citrus, hops, grain, funk and tropical fruit. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, citrus and funk. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice, refreshing and hoppy.

375ml bottle. Pours clear golden with a two finger head. Aroma is grapefruit hoppy with touches of peach and tropical fruit. Taste is a very nice blend of sour ale quench with the fruity hop flavours of many IPAs. Well balanced between the two, but in being neither one nor the other it perhaps suffers a bit. Top effort even if it didn’t fully grab me.

Dry hopping is gone at this point but that's quite alright. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a slight white head. Notes of apricot, white wine, vinegar, pineapple. Taste is definitely sour but not overly so. Acidity is definitely medium high though. Mouthfeel is medium with low carb.

This beer’s unassuming appearance hides a remarkably complex, balanced and utterly delicious beer. Slightly sweet but balanced by a controlled sourness which is deep and penetrating. Dances a joyful juicy fruity salsa on your tongue. Surely the leading beer in its style.

Bottle - Pours hazy golden with a bubbly ring of white head. Nose is pretty hoppy, with tons of grapefruit and a little dank hoppiness. Light tart malt with lots of bright vinegar. Same taste--lots of grapefruit peel and juice with dry leathery Brett and a crisp tart maltiness. Light bodied with smooth fluffy carbonation.
