Pours hazy golden / yellow with a small white head. The aroma has ltos of sage, earthiness, dry caramel, lemongrass, lemon peel and a hint of brett - all is blended together very well. It has a medium crisp body with mild carbonation. The flavor starts with dry earthy with sage and brett giving it ha fall leaf aspect. Its very dry, rustic and refreshing. There some tartness, but its in the background and not overwhelming. The finish shows more lemongrass and mild hoppiness of the herbal nature. Excellent beer.

On draught at the brewery, this pours golden into the glass with a soapy head that leaves suds lacing. The nose is dominant of earthy sage. Flavors of sweet malt, lots of grains and finish with a huge spicy sage note. Super easy to drink and complex on the palate, the mouthfeel is semi-active that provides an easy quaff. Delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle Pours a hazy pale yellow with no head milky white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of sage with some light tart fruit, sweet grains and a bit of barrel/funk underlying. Flavor combines sage with a light tart fruit note with some barrel and an underlying funk.
