Cool spicy funky beer. Great aroma dominated by the sage but also lemon, wheat, and pepper. Taste was definitely earthy but had nice balanced saison body. Loved it.

Small pour at the brewery. Hazy golden with some white foam. Sage dominates but there is bret and malrs right behind. Really pleasant. The sage is so smooth here.

On tap at Crooked Stave. Pours blonde with a modest white head and a sage aroma. There is a medium-bodied light malt flavor with a mildly sour oak finish. Easy to drink.

Rich golden coloured body with a hazy glow and a thin off-white head. Aroma of sage - literally, deep herbal notes of sage and grass with a lot of sour notes of course. Medium-bodied; Nice rich flavour of grass and hay with a lot of sage notes throughout and almost no sweetness at all. Aftertaste shows a lot of herbal notes of course and a ton of sour flavours with the brett really coming through at the end. Overall, another good beer from here with an amazing profile and great finish. I sampled this full pour on draught at the brewpub in Denver, Colorado on 07-June-2014 for US$6.00.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a dark golde color with a thick, frothy white head. Malty aroma with some grapes. Nice, sage aroma. Light tangy taste with a dry sage finish. Well balanced and not too sour.

CBC Session 2. Very hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is crisp and dry. Minerals. Floral start followed by fruity herb. Touch of sherbet. Light crisp finish. Light and tasty.
