Quite good, on tap at the cellar.
I think this is a somewhat new release, and I quite enjoy it.
Color is cloudy amber. Aroma of soured hay and berries.
Taste is tart, with a smooth lingering finish. Tart cherries to me personally.
Very good.

A lot of detail I’m some of these. A burboun tart aroma with some spice. A big sour front that is just delightful. Some underlying notes of wood, pepper, and tart apple.

Tap @ Crooked Stave. Pours a hazy reddish appearance with a nicely carbonated, light brown head. Aroma is pretty unique with notes of bubblegum, raspberry, fruit punch, vanilla, a bit oaky aroma. Cran-raspberry, mildly tart, fruit punch, juicy, apple flavor. Refreshing and super delicious and very unique.

Another solid beer from Crooked Stave people.
A rustic orange pour with 1 finger head, white and foamy. Lacing is thin, to be expected.
Sweet and sour aroma. Apples, caramel, floral, mint?, candied sugar, some citrus.
Flavor is quite nice. The apples and citrus provide a bit of sweetness and sharpness. Caramel runs throughout, but not up front. Tart. Funky. Hints of herbals and earthiness with a bit of an orange glow finish. Really nice.

On tap at Crooked Stave poured a hazy golden amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, apples, lemon, spice and barnyard funk. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry tart finish. Flavors of carmel, citrus and light barnyard with a crisp dry tart lingering citrus finish.

Turbid reddish brown - nose is lightly acetic, lightly funky, with an underlying overripe apple sweetness - flavor lightly lactic, moderately acetic, moderate oaky.tannins, a mellow funk - over ripe fruit sweetness late to balance - lingering oak in the finish - some white grape character - pretty nice.

On tap at the Barrel Cellar. Pour is hazy copper with a small cream head and good lacing. Big peach and apricot, caramel, lacto, light brett, a touch of cheese, and raspberries in the aroma. Taste is sweet fruits, peach, tangerines, apricot skin, vanilla, oak, brett, pepper, and biscuit with a lightly sour and acetic finish. Light body with high carbonation. Seriously tasty and fruity sour, I’m definitely glad I stopped at the cellar tonight.
