4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 ounce bottle from wchesser. This is very hazy and dingy golden. A big white fluffy head. I smell bret in the aroma and it is kind of arm pit funk. Citrus also comes through with pale malts. But that bret leads. I taste those with vanilla and leather. As well as the citrus there is also pine flavors. Lemon and peach, too. This is a dry beer. The wild yeast is very interesting when mixed with the hops.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 mL bottle from Liquor Mart in Boulder, CO (2013, Batch 3). Hazy yellowish-orange pour with a huge, frothy white head. Aroma of green apples, fresh pine needles, Earth, and wet grass. The initial taste offers much more bitterness from the hops than I was expecting; bitter grapefruit rind and tangerine are detected and rather than an enormous amount of sour the finish is lightly tart but very dry. I sampled this at GABF 2013 and I recall it being much more sour so I wonder if that was an older batch? At any rate, this is a well done Brett pale ale it’s just much less sour than I anticipated (hoped).

Very tasty beer. I had the Galaxy hop version. It reminded me of Prairie Funky Galaxy. Loved the Brett and how it balanced so well with the galaxy hops.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle thanks to Armin! He also sent the Galaxy dry hopped version, this one is the normal one, pours a hazy dark yellowish gold with a thin white head and lacing in the glass, aroma is fruity and funky at the same time, the brett really shows, the flavor has a nice hop like front end with some funk and sourness in the finish, dry as well, really enjoyable, wish this was more accessible in our area.

4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle, brought to me by my awesome bro-in-law mmmIPA as a surprise, and shared with my beautiful wife. Very lively pour ending in thick meringue atop a hazy golden body, with curtains of lace draping the sides of the glass. Aroma is gooseberries and funk, unh-unh-unh, FUNK Y’ALL!! Amazing light crackery malts support tart juicy gooseberry cat pissy hops with a disco-full of funk, and dry woody traits with a pinch of dusty white pepper in the end. I will spend the next several days of my life scheming to get more of this stunning creation.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pour is a beautiful, cloudy, rich gold with a full white head. Aroma is clean and dry with notes of Brett up front followed by dry hop, faint spice, and light hay/ barn. Flavor is slightly sweet up front followed by tangerine, funk, light hop, and a very light tartness in the finish. If you like Rayon Vert, you will like this. Very similar, this is a bit sweeter. Great beer.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, brought back from Denver. Pours a light hazed golden orange beer with a beautiful white, firm head. Aroma is oaks, peach, light fruity Brett touches and big on the fruity palate. Flavour is medium bitter with nice fruity sweetness and a light tartness from Brett. Incredibly well balanced between those flavors, making this an absolute pleasure to drink. The dry hopping in combination with Brett oak aging works amazingly well. Very impressive, awesome!!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled several varietels of this at the tap room. This beer pours an orangish amber with a small white head. Aroma of a confluence of hops and brett, mild fruityiness and resin, lots of barn yard and wet wool aromas from the wild yeast. Flavor is dry, hoppy, with medium bitterness. The funk seeps throughout. Medium bodied with a slick texture, finishes hoppy and herbal. Very nice.
