Beer poors pale with a huge white thick head and hazy. Aroma has a nice fruity citrus presence, with a wild yeast aroma. Interesting and pleasant. Flavor is is a nice balance between hop flavors and sour notes which play surprisingly well together. Palate is medium, fizzy, and long. Overall a really excellent, unique beer.

A golden colored beer, with a average white head. In the nose there is hop, citrus, oranges, sour and fresh. It is a medium bodied beer, with an average to low carbonation. In the taste there bitter from the hop, sour from the brett and some dryness from oaks. I taste oranges, mandarins, strawberries and citrus. The aftertaste is bitter and dry, with a sweet touch of strawberries in the back. A very nice sour and fruity saison, well executed!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. A clear medium to dark blonde beer, with a gigantic, frothy, nicely lacing, mostly lasting white head. The aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (grapefruit, herbs), lightly to moderately yeasty (dough, barnyard), with notes of basil/sage, hint of citrus, soapand pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, dry, long finish with moderate bitterness. It ties with Surette in terms of quality. Again, nice aromas, with a semi-watery texture and semi-soapy bitterness. Still drinkable and good, I wouldn’t classify it as a Sour/Wild Ale.
