Bottle. Pour is a beautiful, cloudy, rich gold with a full white head. Aroma is clean and dry with notes of Brett up front followed by dry hop, faint spice, and light hay/ barn. Flavor is slightly sweet up front followed by tangerine, funk, light hop, and a very light tartness in the finish. If you like Rayon Vert, you will like this. Very similar, this is a bit sweeter. Great beer.

Bottle, brought back from Denver. Pours a light hazed golden orange beer with a beautiful white, firm head. Aroma is oaks, peach, light fruity Brett touches and big on the fruity palate. Flavour is medium bitter with nice fruity sweetness and a light tartness from Brett. Incredibly well balanced between those flavors, making this an absolute pleasure to drink. The dry hopping in combination with Brett oak aging works amazingly well. Very impressive, awesome!!

Sampled several varietels of this at the tap room. This beer pours an orangish amber with a small white head. Aroma of a confluence of hops and brett, mild fruityiness and resin, lots of barn yard and wet wool aromas from the wild yeast. Flavor is dry, hoppy, with medium bitterness. The funk seeps throughout. Medium bodied with a slick texture, finishes hoppy and herbal. Very nice.

Foamy frothy lace, light dirty orange, cloudy as hell. 6.2%-Centennial-Simcoe. Aroma of leather, spice, tart citrus, peppery, mint, anise.white pepper. Taste is half grapefruit juice with, leathery tobaccoish pepper. Fairly tart/sour.Sour peppery finish. Not big on this style but its one of the better ones for the style. Not shure about its price. Ive had enough of this style at a more reasonable price.

Bottle@yespr’s tasting - Fuzzy gold colour with a small white head. Sweet fruity citrus hops, but also with a dry/bitter sour balance as well. Some straw, farmyard like nuances. Pretty complex and interesting one this. Nice

Hazy golden with a nice creamy head. Nose of stinky cheese, Brett, moldy socks, funk. Tastes amazing. Nice consistent sourness which finishes with a hop bitterness. Loads of other things going on, great

Bottle: thanks, Jeff! Almost completely opaque & murky golden color with a chunky & soapy white head with very nice retention, leaving nice, fat lacing behind. Aroma is loaded with Brett funk; mild wet cotton, barnyard hay, & some sweaty pineapple. Light zesty, leafy hops with a bit of lemon & citrus zest closing things out. Taste is nice & tart up front; some lemon, orange & faint pineapple tartness with some light ash, leaves, & citric hop notes. Brett is strong from mid-palate into the finish with cotton funk, mild barnyard, & some wet hay in the finish. Very nice, funky farmhouse style ale.

On tap. Semi hazy golden amber pour, with a white head. Hoppy, citrus juicy, orange, sweet malt, light tropical fruit, light tartness, and mild brett. An interesting brett IPA.

Beer poors pale with a huge white thick head and hazy. Aroma has a nice fruity citrus presence, with a wild yeast aroma. Interesting and pleasant. Flavor is is a nice balance between hop flavors and sour notes which play surprisingly well together. Palate is medium, fizzy, and long. Overall a really excellent, unique beer.
