Nicely done. Sharp hop aroma, floral in fact. Funky Brett as well. Light golden color with haze and white foamy head. Light weight with thin crispy and dry finish. Hops were tasted first with a sour middle and funky Brett finish. The hops caused the sour to mellow some. Clean brew.

Batch 2 simcoe and centennial. Incredible hoppy and brett aroma. Lots of funk, but also resiny hops, unlike any other hoppy brett beer I have tried. Taste is soapy, funky, and hoppy with some pepper. Acidic carbonation. Finishes very dry. Very very good

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Cloudy yellow - white head. Nice clear bretty aroma, light malty, nice winey, wooden notes, peppery, zesty notes, orange, grape fruits, light hoppy bitterness, light tropical notes. High dry finish. Fantastic

On tap @ TÝrst, New York. Pours hazy dark yellow with a creamy head. Aroma is brett, balsamic vinegar, oak and spicy orange peel. Full body with very soft carbonation. Flavour is tart, funky and fruity, without ever closing really in on sour, as well as notes of oak.

A hazy golden color with huge white head. Smells of fresh cut grass, pine, horse blanket, floral, almost a faint sour funk, some citrus, mostly lemon. An interesting funk in the taste with a little of the sour, some different hop bitters but not overwhelming, barnyard funky, dry, a little bit of biscuit at the end. Some lemon and tiny bit of caramel. Interesting tastes, changes from sip to sip. Unique brew that was much enjoyed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I think this is the galaxy version. To be merged or no to be? We shall see. In the meantime...this one pours a cloudy gold pour with a nice fluffy white head. Lots of citrus hops, earthy hops, brett funk, horseblanket, orange peel. This one kicks ass.

This one is great with tons of grapefruit and heavy brett. Sharp tartness on the back end with tons more grapefruit. Tropical and funky and really good.
