375ml bottle, "Galaxy" edition, thanks to adneilsen! Pours golden yellow with big head. Nose is slightly tart citrus, grains, funk. Taste is earthy funk, some citrus, lemon, a touch chemical-ish. Finish is bug funky brett and some fruity yeast. Good.

trade with jtc-thin white-cloudy yellow/gold. A-lemon-acidic/tart, some let malt. T-lemon-acidic/tart, some let malt, wood, some earthy. Interesting, well done.

APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, small stable white head.
NOSE: hoppy, fresh, citrus, very good nose!
TASTE: fruity, nice, hoppy.

Bottle at the Tuesday Horal Chugging Tasting - London. Many thanks to Bruce! Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a frothy white head. The nose holds moderate brett, ripe lemon, peach, mellow dough. Light to medium sweet flavor with light tang, further lemon, light acidity, some citrus rind bitterness. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Nice tangy lemon finish with mild funk. Beautiful beer. Well balanced and a pleasure to consume.

Bottle from Tipples poured into a tulip glass. 2013, Batch 2 enjoyed on Dec 3, 2013. Pours a clear deep golden color with a big fluffy head on top. Aroma of Brett, spice, citrus, hay, sour apple, soap, grass. Flavor is orange peel, soapy bretty yeast, tart, hint of spice, lingering soapiness on the palate. Light bodied with very high carbonation. Easy to drink but not super enthused about this one. Was expecting a Brett IPA, but this is pretty much straight Brett Saison. Not bad.

Yellowish pour, tons of bubbly white head. Bottle at home. Super fruity and lemon zesty. Tart. Dirty diaper taste. Not bad.

Pours golden / yellow with a bit of a haze and a large off-white head. The aroma has lots of very floral / powdery hops, citrus, spice, light pine, dry malt, chalk and earthiness. The body is light, crisp and refreshing with a grainy body with mouth filling carbonation. The flavor starts with all of the aroma traits, but fruitier (berries and overripe peaches) and more earth, but less hops. The finish is soft, powdery and earthy with hints of oak. Excellent.

12 ounce bottle from wchesser. This is very hazy and dingy golden. A big white fluffy head. I smell bret in the aroma and it is kind of arm pit funk. Citrus also comes through with pale malts. But that bret leads. I taste those with vanilla and leather. As well as the citrus there is also pine flavors. Lemon and peach, too. This is a dry beer. The wild yeast is very interesting when mixed with the hops.

375 mL bottle from Liquor Mart in Boulder, CO (2013, Batch 3). Hazy yellowish-orange pour with a huge, frothy white head. Aroma of green apples, fresh pine needles, Earth, and wet grass. The initial taste offers much more bitterness from the hops than I was expecting; bitter grapefruit rind and tangerine are detected and rather than an enormous amount of sour the finish is lightly tart but very dry. I sampled this at GABF 2013 and I recall it being much more sour so I wonder if that was an older batch? At any rate, this is a well done Brett pale ale it’s just much less sour than I anticipated (hoped).
