UPDATED: FEB 9, 2014 P: Golden orange color with a light haze, almost no head but leaves a small amount of lace. S: Pineapple and mango, oak and just a hint of brett. T: Mango right upfront, followed by a ton of oak and earthy musk. M: Thin with medium carbonation and a hint of tartness. O: I thought this was awsome. Note: This rating is only for the one brewed and dry hopped with galaxy hops.

Bottle at my place with group. Pours orange yellow. Aroma Bret light hops. Taste is crisp hop musk. Medium acidity. Finish is long and acidic fruit hop. Great session ale.

Bottle. Pours a very hazy copper with puffy, cloudy off-white head. Aroma is resinous, piney hops, mild lactic, sour, tart. Flavor is similarly balanced, nice hoppiness, resinous, citrus, oily, with pleasant sour, lactic, oaky finish. A more resinous version of the original brew. Quite good, balanced, enjoyable. A nice bretty pale ale.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with white head. Aroma is hoppy, funky, and oak. Flavor is citrus up front, fading into pleasant hoppy, tart finish. Well balanced and very enjoyable. Soft carbonation, light body, crisp texture, and mildly dry finish. A great brett pale ale.

Flavor is citrus, lactic, pineapple, mildly tart, with a mild hop finish, herbal hints. Well balanced and a little bit juicy in a good way. Moderate carbonation, medium body and a moderately dry finish. A very pleasant brett pale ale.

Wow is this one complex. The brett adds some awesome tart character, but immediately balanced with juicy citrus from the hops. Some pear and banana on the palate. The oak is around to balance things out even more - and that it does.

Hazy golden color with a medium sized head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of Brett, vanilla, floral hops, toast, pine, and citrus. Taste of Brett, citrus, toast, bitter hops and a wild finish.

Pours orange sunrise with a big creamy sandy white head. Aroma is incredible bringing wild yeast and sweet galaxy hops blended so well together, some citrus and esters. Flavor bring juicy orange hops also blended so well with younger but noticeably delicious wild yeast.

375mL pouring at Congregation Azusa. Full haze straw pour with thick white foam. Nose is rich pineapple Brett C, sage, dusty yeast, white pepper. Bright. Taste is woody, dry, dusty, big herbal and sage. Citric acid in the body is low but present. Soapy hoppy. Aerated body. Nice.
Earlier Rating: 6/1/2013 Total Score: 3.7
Tap at Crooked Stave. Dry hopped with 344 experimental hops. Full haze glowing gold, thick white lacing. Nose is a tad cheesy, not stale, just a tad thick with candied kumquat. Body is clean, Doughy, effervescent palate. Some Brett prickly aerated body, some buttered Hawaiian roll. Fresh, light bodied. Easy to drink. Just a tad too thin on body and hop bitterness, something I’d almost never complain about.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2013 10 oz at Stapleton Tap House. This is a seriously well crafted beer. There is a sturdy, fresh hoppy aroma with pine and herbs over a solid, tart, cheesy funk. Notes of lemon and grass come through. The flavor is perfectly clean with loads of complexity. It’s tart, funky, cheesy, bitter, with a fruit bouquet ranging from melon to tangerines. Awesome beer!
