Bottle. I love this beer, serious synergy going on here. The brett and the hops both come through strongly in both the aroma and taste. The funk is strong with this one, but the bitterness of the hops balance it out. Not cheap but well worth the price every now and then. If you like Brett-y Pales, do what it takes to get your hands on one.

This cloudy gold beer pours with a thick full head which sticks around. It has a sweet aroma of apples. It has the flavors of tart cherries and a slight hop bite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Gold yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of the acrid pungency of urine, rubber, and grapefruit. Bitter flavors of hops and horse blankets. Nice. Thanks Indiana_Red for sharing!

Bottle brought back from Denver. Hazy light yellow with a short lived white head and lots of sheeting. Sharp spicy flower aroma. Bitter sharp a little chemically and musty. So this is Brett. I like it.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent gold with a creamy/foamy white head. Moderate brett aroma. Med body or better. Flavor is brett, sweatsox, light stone fruit. Some tropical fruit. Could be citrus, but the brett makes that hard to discern. Finishes towards very dry, but there’s still a bit of sweet fruit. Malt? There’s malt here? Think I can get some oak - that astringency comes from somewhere. Do we need malt to carry hop, if the yeast is brett? Inquiring minds want to know! This is elegant, tasty ale.

Bottle, thanks to Bruce at the Tuesday Horal Chugging Tasting. It pours cloudy pale golden orange with a medium white head. The nose soft, fruity, orange, apricot, peach, bruised banana, candy, barnyard, brett and cobwebs. The taste is crisp, tart orange, apricot, peach, zesty lemon, straw, earthy, brett, cobwebs, mild acidity, floral and decent bitterness with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit too sweet on the nose, but pretty delicious.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a big rocky white head. Aroma is citrus and earthy funk. Taste follows suit but the yeast has a very rubbery character. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. On the whole not bad but I think the Brett strain these guys use is not my cup of tea.
