375mL courtesy of berebrando. Thanks! A: Solid gold in color with a 1/4" head that’s well-retained. Bubbles rush up through the body. N: Oak blasts to the nose with some lemon zest, funk, cheese, and glue. Very clean. Biscuit and grapefruit. T: Bitter, sour, and funky. Very little sweetness. Hops dominate here. Very clean. Oak is pronounced, but there’s some of the stomach acid here. M: Light yet solid. Well-carbonated. O: Plenty of flavors dancing around this one. Seems to be more wild than hoppy pale, but I can dig it. Would have this again on a regular basis.

Aroma of butter, lemon, grass, and a great brett yeast. Pours bright orange with a great medium head. Nice carbonation. Taste is wonderfully balanced between hoppy citrus and yeasty funk. Great apricot shines through. The taste is not too intense but this is perfectly sessionable. Love it.

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with an average to large frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy sour, floral hop and oak wood aroma. Medium to full body with a slick tingly texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout beer for style and good beer for #9000.

Pours a cloudy straw color with minimal head. Aromas of fruity hops and sour notes. Taste is similar - expressively hopped bretted IPA. Pretty dry and very nice. Fruity, slightly sour, floral hops. Like an amped up Orval. Fucken great.

375 ml bottle to oversized snifter. Looks good; a hazy orange with white lacing. Smells solid; hoppy, yeasty, oaky, and bretty. Tastes like it smells with a crisp mouthfeel. Good beer.

12 oz bottle. #344. It pours a bright orange color with a nice white head. The aroma has lots of pineapple, salty leather, garlic and grapefruit. A little oak is present as well. A real onslaught of hop aromatics and brett funk. Very nice. The flavor is full with tropical fruit juice.. pineapple, mango, orange, grapefruit.. much more fruity than the aroma would suggest. The brett funk and phenols are kept at a minimum here, but are definitely tasted. A bit floral and funky in the finish. Overall a really nice brett IPA. I’m interested in trying other batches now…………………………..#462. It pours golden with a white head. The aroma is more spicy hops with sweaty brett funk. Some dried apricot. A bit less aromatic than the 344. The flavor has some tropical fruit, apricot and spice. Brett in the finish. Less juicy than 344. 3.7

Poured from a 375ml bottle, thanks to Craig. The hop aroma is fruity, tropical fruits, grassy. The flavor is juicy hops, grassy, soft malty character. Great brettanomyces beer.
