Bottle, 08/03/2013. Pours golden amber, thick frothy head with great retention, sticky lacing as it dies down. Aroma is cereal malts with moderate barnyard funk, brett must with citrus juice, pineapple, subtle oak. Taste is lightly tart, citrus, dough, mild herbal hops, dry earthy hops. Light medium body, refreshing. Quite nice.

375 ml w/ yeast. Glad to get to this, didnt think this was gonna be just like st Bretta because I get no hops out of this but itís still insane. Brett on the nose. Tart w/ a little sour on both nose and taste. This beer rocks.

12.7 oz bottle, number 344. Pours clear straw yellow with a small white head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing. Thereís lots of yeast haze at the bottom.

The aroma is tropical fruits and funky brett with some piney hops.

The flavor is sweet malts and some tropical fruit with funky brett and medium bitterness from piney hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with low smooth carbonation.

Overall, a terrific brett ipa. Nice blend of fruits, funk and pine.

Bottle thanks to Craig. An interesting brew. A big nose of Brett and fruity hops. A big flavor of lemons, orange peel, big Brett, dusty at times, some earthiness. It works well.

Bottle; poured a murky dull gold color with a frothy white head. Aroma of brett, earth, wood, and bandaid. Flavor had a crisp tart finish; some earthiness and brett. A bit medicinal.

Bottle; a dark, dull gold. Brett aroma that smelled a bit like dirty diaper (albeit I am new to Brett). Flavor was bretty, tarty and a bit hoppy. Didnít come together to well for me.
