Bottle from arminjewell. Pours hazy gold with white head. Nice funk is the highlight of the aroma, really a cool beer. The brett and hops work well together, good work guys.

Funky, hoppy, tart with a nice bretty pineapple character, somewhat like Orval on steroids, this beer is absolutely amazing and gets better every time I try it again.

Flaske, 375 ml. 2013 - batch 2. Gylden, stort knitrende hvidt skum. Very funky fella. Overmoden kernefrugt, acetone, træ og grøn harpiks. Sød fugtig kælder og bitre æbler. Grapefrugt. Og fyrnåle. Og og og. Meget kompleks og lækker med en laaang eftersmag. Wauv!

375 ml bottle, 2013/Batch 2. Served in a Prairie Teku glass, the beer pours a hazy golden/orange color with an inch off-white head. Head retention is good, and there’s a decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like citrus (orange, lemon), tart fruit, oak, funk, and some hay. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some green apples, grassiness, peaches, and a bit of bready malt. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good brew, I liked it. Definitely worth trying if you come across some, I know I’d like to pick some more up the next time I find it! $8.99 a bottle.

Bottle at home, bought for £16 from the Evening Star in Brighton. Pours a clear golden colour. Aroma of citrus, pine & brett. Taste is sour, woody, hint of biscuit malt, some fruitiness; finish is dry & hoppy. Top beer from a top brewery....looking forward to going back there in October!

I usually do not care for hopped sours, but this one rocks. Perfect balance. Its not to hoppy to overcome the wonderfull sour nature of this brew. It is still a wild ale sour tart lemon green apple witht the added extras of grassy citrus and pineapple. Great
