Bottle; a dark, dull gold. Brett aroma that smelled a bit like dirty diaper (albeit I am new to Brett). Flavor was bretty, tarty and a bit hoppy. Didn’t come together to well for me.

Bottle courtesy of Andrew, shared with friends. Bottled July 2015. Cloudy orange bright, white resistant foam. Nose: orange peel, new leather shoes, a bit herbs/sage. Mouth: Brett is mild and elegant, tart in a proper way, light pepper. Great. Thank you Andrew! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2016 Draft at Old Chicago-Lakewood. Listed as sour/wild, but falls neatly into the Belgian IPS panel style. Yeasty notes, with the hop selection make for a fruity, snappy, floral mix. Mellow aroma leads into a folder flavor, finishes with a tingle. Nice.

Enjoyed on tap at Ale House in Grand Junction, CO. I didn't take tasting notes, but remember this being a very nice moderately hopped IPA with one of the best balances of Brett yeast I've noticed in a beer. Pretty good stuff, would have again.

Color is light straw. Very cloudy. Aroma is banana and clove with hints of hops. Taste of hops, sour, clove, and banana. Mouthfeel lingers but is fairly pleasant. *13 oz bottle poured into wine glass ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Moderate funk, some stinky overripe stone fruit. Bright medium straw color. Mild rounded funkiness. light tart fruit, some umami or saltiness, and light peach pit bittering in finish. Thin body, with small tingly carbonation, and moderate astringency. Very smooth all around, fruity and well balanced.

Bottle. Funky ass citrus nose, grapefruit, huge brett. Pretty pastel yellow, tall head, oily, silky, soft. Somewhat sweet, lemony, a bit of lacto, bretty funk. Good.

Appearance: pours with a large beige head, the beer is a very hazy orange color, not quite transparent Aroma: very strong funk, bread, lemon, yeast, orange Taste: a lemon-lime flavor, tangy, extremely funky, citrus Plate: very dry, tangy aftertaste, light mouthfeel Overall: a very unique beer, reminds me of a sprite, very funky, so tangy and acidic that you have to drink it slow, recommended ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Gunnison.

Definitely a brett beer rather than a hop-driven pale ale, this is nonetheless hoppier than your average 100% brett ale, and the citra/mosaic combo works quite well with the sourness from the brett. Very tasty.

Pours a hazy light yellow golden color with white head. Citrus, yeast, pine, and some grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with citrus and grass.

The Brett gives this a hoppy saison character. Less sour than spicy. Sharp appeal in both aroma and flavor.
