Reddish pour with a white head. The aroma has a bit of brett funk with some juicy raspberries and blackberries. The flavor has the same fruit notes with the addition of some toffee and leathery notes from the brett. There are some nice funky notes, but the fruit still stands out. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle shared in London to honour JackL痴 departure. Thanks to Paul for this sour sauce. Pours hazy pink-purple with a fluffy white head. Funky berry aroma, with some lemony undertones. Light sweet flavor with strong berry tartness, lemon, some bitter berry skins, soft funk. Light in body with average carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish, with more berry skins, mellow mustiness, slight acidic bite. Very nice beer.

Farewell Jack bottleshare at Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Bill & Paul. Hazy plummy red beer, small pale pink head. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Mild bretty savoury vibe. Just a mild lemony sourness here which allows the mellow blackberry to come through. A slightly tarter finish. Pleasant.
