Huge thanks to Aaron, WOW!!!! I don’t give this rating too often but this is up there with the top elite beers, up near HF Ann. Awesome tartness, lingering hop sweetness after the sour fades. New flavors coming minutes later, like some of the best scotches and wines out there, this is the best

Bottle thanks to Perrin515. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of white wine barrel, oak, tart lemon, tart exotic fruit, buttered bread and light lactose tartness. Medium body. Finishes tart lemon with hints of lactose - almost like a tart lemon milk or custard.

Bottle generously shared by PaulUnwin. Cheers, Paul! Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is sweetness, herbs, oak, wood, some sweet malt, some funk, and some fruitiness. Flavor follows the nose very well. I was very impressed with this one; its complexity was hard to pin down.

Poured a golden brown with no head. Smell was sweet, tropical. Taste is very sour with sour fruit brett and pineapple. Very delicious sour

(375ml) clear medium amber, lasting tan bubbles. Nose of funk, barrel, tart fruit, Brett, delicious, maybe some pineapple too. Taste is tart, peach, but herbal, light acetone but not offensive, acetic and acidic lightly, this is great.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and slightly funky. Taste is very tart, crazy fruity and hoppy. I've never tasted anything like this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy orange/gold color. Aroma is nice and tart, lots of funk, hops, leather, tropical fruits. Flavor is superb! Light sourness melds with the hop flavors and yeasty funk so well. Somewhat similar to Le terroir. Awesome.

Served in Crooked Stave stemware. Nose has a ton of citrus and tropical hop aromas, and these fruity notes carry over to the flavor. Acidity is less overpowering. Very nice.

Served in Crooked Stave stemware. Light stone fruits an acidity in the nose as well as a very slight vanilla character. Light body and quite dry; could use some more carbonation.

On tap at Falling Rock. Clean lactic sourness. Lemony. Very much seems like a big berliner weisse, which is fine by me.

Bottle, 12/28/2012. Pours dark hazy orange with thin white head. Aroma is creamy peach vanilla, buttery funk, soggy cereal grains, wood. Taste largely follows suit: tart, sweet white fruits, lactic sour grains, oak finish. Medium, crisp palate. Alright.
