This rating is for the Dry Hopped version. Im not sure why this beer is aliased when its a different beer but I guess I’ll just have to add separate reviews to this rating, but i digress. This is fantastic. Aroma is nice funk, tart fruit aromas, and a rustic woodyness. Taste is vinous, citrus, tart, funk, some apple and peach. What a fantastic beer. Maybe could use a squeak more carbonation but hard to find a flaw here.

330 ml bottle, kindly shared by kraddel. Pours hazy yellow with a quickly dissapating head. Aroma is overwhelmingly citus, but very nice citrus aroma’s, close to gueuze citrus notes, some wheat. Medium body and a taster that is subtlely referring to elderberry.

Bottle thnx to Experiment_ale ! Pours unclear blonde , small white head . Smell is sour , grainy , citrussy , some brett . Taste is sour, funky ( not the average brett-tastes ) bit dry . Certainly not bad, but I do not get the hype of this brewery ...

Batch 2. Pretty clear gold. Excellent nose of pineapple brett, light funk, maybe light oak. Quite tart, lot of brett character, some red clay earth, light cobwebs. Another of those ones from CS that leaves me scratching my head over the hype.

On tap at The Source. Pours a clear gold with small off white head. The aroma is strong funk, oak, brett, and light fruit. Thin mouthfeel with a light brett, oak, and lingering dryness. Very impressive.

Sampled at esbls. Lemony appearance and very cloudy. So much brett in the aroma. Funky, bretty, fruity, and good. Really nice.

Tight, white head, middlin, fair retention and lace. Hazy gold hued brew. Nose is tart, light citrus and apples, earth. Body is light, nice carbonation, tart and tangy. Fruty, bretty flavors, earthy, spicy and juicy, mouthwatering tartness, acidic, Cantillon? pushin it but not there. Twas a bit SOUR thats for sure. Nicely tart finish with some wood and earth. Bottle shared by sloth. Pour was hazy orangey straw, decent carbonation/head. The aroma was severe lemony tartness, leather, faint rubber. The flavor was intensely tart, sour lemons, funk, light fruits (peaches). Mouhtfeel was light and refreshing, yet harshly acidic. Dare I say Cantillon-like? Thanks again, Bert, great fun!

Syndicate hooked me up with this bottle just because he is a hell of a nice guy... Thanks Darrel!! Shared tonight with reinheitsgematt and buckeyeboy. Pours a hazy golden.. good white head with nice retention and lacing. Nose is chock full of brett and fruity elements that make me think lemon and underripe peaches... vinous oak may be in my imagination. Flavor is funky and sour... great juicy tartness... saliva sucking and still inviting.. fantastic.... upper echelon sour IMO. Light body with good bubble. Awesome beer that I wouldn’t have likely tried if not for my buddy Darrel.. Thanks again amigo. An afterthought.... The quote on the back of the bottle is sooooo amazingly douchy. I bet the brewer is an insufferable shitbag in real life.

375ml bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a hazy straw topped with a small white head. Nose is wood brett and green apple seeds. Taste is as the nose with a nice funk and pucker bite.
