Huge thanks to Aaron, WOW!!!! I don’t give this rating too often but this is up there with the top elite beers, up near HF Ann. Awesome tartness, lingering hop sweetness after the sour fades. New flavors coming minutes later, like some of the best scotches and wines out there, this is the best

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours cloudy orange. The aroma holds tropical and basement-like brett, smooth malt, wood and lacto. The flavour is near dry and medium to heavily acidic. Raw but balanced wood, bacement/fruity brett, citric lacto and smooth malt. Tart mouthfeel with a medium carbonation. Medium bodied.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pour is pale golden yellow with a thin white head. Nose is dusty, faint funk, a bit of coriander spice to it, herbal behind. Taste is a hint sweeter, almost no funk with some light bret, a bit of a spice to it with sweet peach and tangerine with a hint of herbal hop. Very strong carbonation with a lighter body and dry finish, fairly sour through it.

375ml BOOSTle thanks to RakeMan197 aka adnielsen aka NielsenRatings aka @@@@@@ron, BA, BS, MS, PhD candidate. Thanks, bro! Pours a slightly hazed golden color with no head. Headless. Aromas of cheesy funk, genital warts, some crotch cheese offered. NICE! Taste is almost surreal...funky, dry, lightly tart, chewy, oaky moss. My goodness, this one is almost perfect. Only drawback is very soft carbonation. I feel as though if this had more carb it would draw out the funky crispness more, leading to an almost godlike experience. Finishes with a rustic oaky funk note. Bleeding trees, grandmas bed sores, fathers resentments for their son.
One mind, brute force and full of money.
Fuck it, I’m boosted.
This beer brings you closer to god.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, brett, fruity, leather - brett, wood, funky. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, brett, fruity, wood, funky, dry. IMO very clean and balanced .. very nice :D. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
375ml bottle thanks to adnielsen! Pours mostly clear golden yellow with a finger of head. Nose is funky lemon and citrus, faint oak, bretty barnyard, a touch of rubber which does fade as it warms. Taste is sour lemon, bretty hay and earthy citrus, oak. Finish is tart musty oak, apples, a touch of cereal grain in the background. The nose was a little weird which brought down the experience just a hair, but overall enjoyed this one.

From the 2012 Cellar Reserve
Tasted on 1/3/14 from a waxed and capped 375mL bottle, big thanks to adnielsen for being a great trustee. Pours hazy orange/golden with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average, sticky lace. The nose is super sour and funky/earthy with a bunch of citrus and white wine vinegar, and a very unique tropical and citrus hops aroma. The flavor is almost exactly as the nose would have suggested, with a bit more caramel malt and vanilla barrel character, but the same sour citrus, white wine vinegar, and tropical fruit hops. The body is medium with some nice barrel tannin, lively, nearly sparkling, carbonation, and a long sour citrus and tropical hops finish. This beer is really great, the only beers close I’ve ever had were Cuvee des Champions and Le Terroir, but I find this to be a bit more balanced than both.
