Huge thanks to Aaron, WOW!!!! I don’t give this rating too often but this is up there with the top elite beers, up near HF Ann. Awesome tartness, lingering hop sweetness after the sour fades. New flavors coming minutes later, like some of the best scotches and wines out there, this is the best

UPDATED: MAY 8, 2013 Reg version Nice one here. Brett is more tart and sour than band-aidy. Nice effervescent body, lemon, light malt. 7/4/7/4/16 3.8 ///////////////////////////////////////////// dry-hopped version blows the regular out of the water, even at 6 months. In addition to the nice base beer the dry-hopped version is jsut bursting with tropical fruits liek mango, coconut, tangerine. It is the most intoxicating smell in a sour I have ever had. It does change the flavor slightly in the notion that the smell blends with the citric and lactic notes and gives the greater impression of tangerine on the palate. The rating is now for the dry hopped version.

This rating is for the Dry Hopped version. Im not sure why this beer is aliased when its a different beer but I guess I’ll just have to add separate reviews to this rating, but i digress. This is fantastic. Aroma is nice funk, tart fruit aromas, and a rustic woodyness. Taste is vinous, citrus, tart, funk, some apple and peach. What a fantastic beer. Maybe could use a squeak more carbonation but hard to find a flaw here.

Pours a cloudy orange/gold color. Aroma is nice and tart, lots of funk, hops, leather, tropical fruits. Flavor is superb! Light sourness melds with the hop flavors and yeasty funk so well. Somewhat similar to Le terroir. Awesome.

Hazy golden orange pour with a nice white head. Really an insanely good nose. Intense tropical fruit/pineapple aroma. Passion fruit, melon, peach, mango, and a nice grapefruit/citric acidity. Yeast, mild malt, and lemon. The flavor is similarly excellent. Great tropical fruit character, though not quite as intense as the nose. Plenty of pineapple, melon, peach, and mango. Nice grapefruit and lemon, and some pleasant lactic tartness. Mild malt character and a nice bit of yeast.

(375ml bottle) Pours a hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of oak, leather, mustiness, florals, and yogurt. Flavor of lacto, brett, oak, peach, lemon, and buttery chardonnay grapes with a dry finish.

Bottle shared by Alen at his birthday sess. Pours hazy orange with thin watery head. Taste of peaches, lambic, heavy oak, vanilla, acidic brett. Watering puckery sourness. Lots of funky apricot, and smooth chardonay wood. Insanely complex.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and slightly funky. Taste is very tart, crazy fruity and hoppy. I've never tasted anything like this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Falling Rock. Clean lactic sourness. Lemony. Very much seems like a big berliner weisse, which is fine by me.
