Bottle @ Home. Thanks, Jake. Clear orange colored beer with a thin white head. Kind of oxidized and papery smelling to me. Don稚 get a ton of plum or really even that much fruit. Sort of lemony and grass. Quite earthy, maybe even dirty. Pretty tangy...just a hint of plum skin on the finish.

Bottle shared in London to commemorate Jack痴 leaving. Thanks to Paul for this one. Pours hazy pink-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma holds light bread, ripe plum, lemon, funky brett, ham. Light sweet flavor with big tartness, some acetic twang, further plum, lemon juice. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Very tart finish, with some gummy berries, biting lemony acidity. Nice one - another sound CS sour.

Farewell Jack bottleshare at Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Paulinho. Hazy pale apricot coloured beer, thin very pale apricot colour head. Palate is light, crisp and dry. Mild to medium lemony sourness. Touch of brett. Any plum is pretty subtle. Light finish. Okay.

Bottle @ The Clerkenwell Share. Thanks to the Paulo for the share! Light hazy pinkish pour with a small head. Plum and blueberry fruit tart. Pretty dirty and funky. Plenty of brett character. Taste of dried wood and fruit skin. Light and zippy lemon spritz. Salt and pepper. Nice buggy nuance. Light and easy to drink. Fun.

Bottle share, thanks to Paul! Purple wax, September 2013, 6.0%. Pinky orange, some particles, cloudy, small white head. Aroma is fig biscuits, spice, plum, dry red wine, apples and grape. Body is medium, a little foamy, soft carbonation. Taste has more red wine dryness, sour and tart with earthy berries and cherry. And plum I guess. Pretty nice.
