Pours a pinkish orange color with no head, light fizzing. Aroma is funky, barnyardy, lightly tart and fruity, citrusy - grapefruit, no notable dark fruits. Big tartness up front and the brett towards the finish. Fruity notes, plums present, apple like flavor, and grapes. Pretty tasty overall. Favorite of the L鍛retts.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a dark pink with small frothy white head. The aroma is strong plum, oak, funk. Thin mouthfeel with tart plum, prune, light oak, sour finish.

Interesting but a bit odd. Plums and vinous notes accent the tart but it finishes with grape skins, toothpaste, and sulfur. Not all that bad considering the weirdness.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a hazy light reddish golden color with a mostly lasted frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour, wood and raspberry aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & fruit sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid beer for style.

375 ml bottle from TwoSipDip shared with the group. Pours a slightly hazy pinkish amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart plums, tart raspberry, some acidity, light brett, dry sour fruit, there is some sweetness that shows up, oak, solid drinker that I would have again.

12.7oz bottle, thanks to alexsdad06 for sharing. Mostly hazy kind of strawberry color. Little off-white head. Few dots of lace. Awesome big fruity, kind of creamy (mild cream cheese) plum raspberry aroma. Light spicy notes make me think raspberry, possibly from the barrel. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light slick. Nice light to moderate sour taste, light sweet. Another awesome Crooked Stave sour.

Bottle to snifter (shared by alexsdad06). Looks good; a cloudy pinkish orange with bubbly white lacing that dissipates steadily. Smells good too; tart and funky with a nice plum presence. Tastes like it smells with a tart, lively mouthfeel. Good stuff!

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks bro. hazy bright pink with a small white cap, minimal retention and lacing. berries, raspberries, but plums?, soft bretts - not utterly complex, lemony and limey - light and soft acidity, lightly oaky and astringent - slight vinous character, grass, pepper. moderate carbonation, light body, dry, gently tart, grassy and slightly astringent/woodsy finish. quite nice and tasty.

Bottle (375 ml). From Mark, thanks! Almost clear salmon color with a small bubbly white head and little lacing. Aroma is of plums, berries, light acidic notes, oak and some sour peaches presence. Taste is slightly/moderately acidic with plums, berries, oak and peachy notes again. Meidum body; Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Good sour. Not super complex, but extremely drinkable and still tasty.
