UPDATED: JUN 17, 2013 Bottle - thanks to adnielsen - poured into my Wakefield snifter - SPANKS, STEVE. Looks pretty textbook, sponge-worthy. Just read the other reviews for specifics okay??? Smell is yogurt (siggi’s?), grapes, cheese. Taste is much more grape-forward, pretty damn sour - but thankfully not too acetic. Light oak presence. "It’s the wood that makes it good." One of my favorite AWAs. Just as good as I remembered having it awhile ago.

375mL thanks to unclerudy. Pours clear golden, Cloudy with some yeast sediment. Low carbonation with weak white head. Spotty lace. Nose is fresh peach, starfruit, chardonnay barrel, fresh oak, fresh and farmy peach orchard. Taste is quite key lime heavy, sharp nectarine and lemon juice. Tart to the max. Mouth puckering but not acetic, salty, or harsh. Overall delicious. RR Temptation style.

375ml bottle, thanks Aaron. Pours an orange amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is Brett, sour cherry, oak, maybe a little lemon citrus. Medium on the palate with very light carbonation. Flavor is lightly sour, lemon, light bready malt, oak, some yeasty Brett, with a strong sour finish that lingers for a while. Nicely done.

Bottle compliments of Jean, pours hazy golden with light head, notes of wood, grapes, funk, sweet tarts, berries, tart fruits, citrus, buttery french oak, lactic acid, and more blonde funk. Wow, huge thanks for the sample, this was butthole puckery blanket. Awesome.

Pours a hazy orange gold with no head. Aroma of funk, citrus and lacto. Taste is tart, white wine, oak and a funky finish. Carbonation is minimal but it seems to work with this beer. This is wonderful. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared at Chris’ pad. Tart and sour lemon aromas. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Tart citrus and muted vinous notes. Slightly acidic with good body and mouthfeel. A little salty kinda like like sour patch kids.

Bottle through trade HUGE thanks! Pour has a deep golden color wit a light fizzle of white foam on the surface. Aroma has white wine grapes, barrel wood, grape skins, light fruit sweetness, and light acidity. Mouth feel is medium and the carbonation on the low side. Flavor has big white grape, dry grape skin, light barrel wood, and medium tartness.
