Strong but balanced sourness in the flavor, moderate sweetness, some dried berries. Light bodied with fine to average, massaging carbonation. bhensonb (12016) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle from Bu11zeye. Pours hazy ruddy brown with a light tan head. Aroma is sour and ruddily grapey. Med body, possibly better. Flavor is red grape, sour, astringent oak. That is so inadequate, but the best I can describe. This doesn’t seem brett, more like lambicus. But whatever, it is marvelously tasty. Get it if you can. Further note: After an hour or two this seems to be very sourly cherry. Getting better all the time.
