Light golden yellow. Crap load of peaches on the nose and taste. A hint of popcorn at the finish. Very sweet and dry.
Way hazy light pee yellow. Way less aroma than the first. Light peach and cucumber. Whoa holy popcorn. Start is pretty grapey and sweet.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20
375ml bottle, 2013 Blend 2, orange wax, thanks Aaron! Pours a crystal clear, light amber color with no real head to speak of. Aroma is floral, herbal, something like sage maybe, light peach. Medium on the palate with light carbonation. Flavor is lightly sour, a little acedic, citrus, lemon, a big burst of peaches though the middle, maybe a little passion fruit, with a dry, fruity finish. Excellent.

375ml bottle (blend 1) in a tulip. Pours hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma of peaches, tartness, light oak, hints of pale malts, and light fruits. Flavor starts with peaches and ends with peaches but has a nice tart beer in the middle. Average to smooth texture. A really good beer.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
B1(750ml) This is the real stuff right here! So much better than new blends. Both of which were plagued with diactyl tastes. A - pours a hazy glowing apricot with no head. Bubbles cling to the side of the glass. No lacing. S - holy peach sour amazingness batman! Peach and apricots on the nose blend blissfully with the light funky acetic notes of a gracefully aging sour. Apricot preserves, lemon juice and a nice eggy funk. Mmm. Simple and beautiful. M - medium light body. Sweet (but not overly so) and a nice lemony tartness on the lips. End is peachy sweet goodness. T - the peaches really shine in the taste. Preserves, fresh fleshy peaches (skin for sure), and dried. Eggy and almost acetic and geuezy notes as well. Malty sweet finish. Peaches and lemony tartness hold throughout. Acetic end is mellowed with age. Nice. O - this is one of the best American sours I’ve had for sure. Really really good. Well balanced. Sweet, sour, peachy, malty. 4.7

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Batch 2, Blend #1: 3.2
Aroma is straight up canned peaches with no signs of brett, funk or even any kind of yeast. The beer pours clear yellow orange with no head, swirling it around the glass shows some tiny bubbles, but it goes back to looking pretty still. Taste is extremely sweet, with more peach nectar, light Belgian spice, some lacto quality. Body is medium with a syrupy touch and no carbonation. Finish is more peach, and very little yogurt. Overall extremely one dimensional and disappointing. Where’s the funk? Where’s the sour?
Batch 2, Blend #2: 3.6
Aroma is mellow peach, with some wet wood, lactic acid, butterscotch. The beer pours clear yellow with faint white head clings to the sides of the glass. Already thisa seems like a different beer than Blend #1. Taste is peachy, bready, with faint lime quality and light sour. The body is a little thinner than Blend #1 and finishes with nice low carbonation. After taste is mostly some buttered oak, but not terribly so. Overall both seem pretty young, and hopefully they mature to better beers. I was warned to wait a bit, but with multiple bottles I decided to try my luck
