4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
bottles shared by tom10101, thanks bro - blend 1 and 2.
B1: hazy very pale golden pour with a small white cap, some retention and lacing. juicy fresh peaches - in all the possible subtleties, nectarines, mint, candies, bretty and musty, lemony, pepper, grass. moderate to low carbonation, light body, gently tart, juicy and lightly astringent/woodsy finish. 4.2/5
B2: butter traces, acetic seeps in and cuts, slightly more carbed. 3.8/5
overall: whatever blend, it’s a very good fruit barrel-aged sour. although blend 1 is clearly better.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle (375 ml). Batch #2 / Blend #1. Thanks to Mark for this one! Cloudy yellow with no head and no lacing. Aroma is super fruity with peaches/apricots/nectarines along brettanomyces, floral/green-ish notes and oak. Taste is also quite fruity with mostly apricots and peaches along brettanomyces, wood and hay. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. Really good fruited american sour. I’m impressed by the brightness of the fruits, especially in the aroma. Decent complexity. Loved it. 9-3-8-4-17 = 4.1 / Bottle (375 ml) Batch #2 / Blend #2. Thanks for Mark again for this one. Hazy yellow with a small white head and no lacing. Aroma is much more acidic than blend #1 and a little less fruity altough there’s still an important amount of peaches. There’s also wooden notes and butter. Taste is also more acidic with peaches, butter and light herbal bitterness. Medium body. moderate carbonation. Slightly dry finish. The blend #1 was superior to this one by a large margin. This one lack of balance, is too acidic and has some "off" buttery notes. Still, it’s a decent AWA. 8-3-7-3-14 = 3.5

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This rating is for both blend #1 and #2. Both bottles shared by tom10101, thanks Tommy!
Pours a cloudy orange with no head and no lace so... not exactly pretty. Nose is (a lot) nicer though: peaches, brett leather, flowers (a lot of then, even a little vegetal at times) and spices. Taste is of peaches and apricot juice, moderately acid, dry and really pleasing overall. Mouthfeel is juicy, carbonation medium. A really nice one! 4.1
Pours a clearer pale yellow than Blend #1 and manages to produce a slight rim that doesn’t leave much lace on the glass. Nose is fruity, a little acetic, but overall the acidity feels refreshing. Taste is vinous, dry and gives you some yellow fruits (less distinctive than in B1). Body was light, carbonation high so it came out almost watery. A little vinegar on the finish. Good but less effective than B1. 3.7

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12th June 2014
Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Blend 1. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp and a little dry. Tart seltzer balanced by nice peach. Mild funk and floralness. Touch of apricot. Light crisp finish brings peach sherbet. Tasty stuff. Blend 2 was more of the same but slightly tarter and noticeably thinner.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, thanks to our host with the most, 12/06/14. Blend #1.
Hazed light golden orange with moderate off white spotting.
Nose is tangy citrics, btiter orange, brett splattering, tarte apricot, sprucey wood twinge, dank tones, light spice.
Taste comprises bitter peach notes, orange, straw, hay, dank vibes, sour apricot, tarte fruit, brett attack.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, tarte bitter fruit rinds in the close.
Solid sour, nose was a little sub par, a little buttery and creamy but the tast picked the pace right up.
Blend #2 was a 3.7.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Blend#1 thanks to Bruce. It pours pale gold with minimal head. The nose is fresh, peachy, apricot, yoghurt, candies, barnyard and a touch of sherbet. The taste is crisp, tart, barnyard, hay, creamy, peach, apricot, mild acidity, sherbet and yoghurt with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Batch 2 is a touch creamier perhaps. Plenty of apricot/peachy sherbet. Pretty tasty all-round.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle blend 1 shared in London - thanks to Bruce. Pours mostly clear, pale gold with a foamy, white head. Good sour peach nose, tangerine, pale wood. Light sweet flavor, lightly funky, refreshing, with more peach, light poo, straw. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Clean, lightly sour finish, more peach, some straw, lemony tang. Quenching, refreshing. Very nice. (3.8)
Bottle blend 2 shared in London - thanks, Bruce! Pours clear, pale yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. A bit more funk and twang on the nose here, more lemon and peach. Light sweet flavor with some cereal sweetness, light corn, citric lemon, hay. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Moderately tangy on the finish, more citric lemon, cereal, light jammy citrus. Decent but the cereal isn’t awesome. (3.6)

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle Blend #1 & #2 thanks to Niels ! Pours a hazy yellow golden color with thin fizzy white foam. Lots of musty peach skin is apparent, with subtle wet wood, fizzy seltzer, round wheat and nuances of apricot and basement funk. Found blend #2 to have more peach flavor but overall both were highly crushable !
