750 ml bottle opened at the Kentucky Brunch Release (Decorah, IA). Shared later in the day when all the beer bros left. Pours a rich glowing golden orange hue, well hazed, frothy whitish head dies to a small ring, laces small. Aromas are prominent sour peach and apricot. Good bretty funk, tart and dry, funky horseblanket, oak. A bit tannic, vanilla, and dry. Good funk, nice big fruity peach, sour lemons, and lactic elements. Nice and enjoyable. Initial is lighter end of the fold, good sourness, peaches and apricot, lemons, some good yogurt, tasty flavors enrich a potent sourness. Middle is a bit yogurty, bretty, touch of bread and dry straw. A touch acidic into the backend, peach and lemon, good big fruit. Fruity, peachy, a touch harsh for those of you who are a bit sensitive. Really tasty, nice brett, big fruit presence, mellow oak. Really damn nice. Nose, a touch of coriander and rich peach and lemon fruit, citrus, big nose. Good flavors, faint touch of hrashness on the back.

Bottle @ The Crazy Belgian Tasting. Cheers to whoever provided this (forgetfu?)! The pour’s hazy orange with a small head. Meaty fresh peaches and apricots in the nose. Bright orchard fruits. Little else. Simple and pleasing. The taste is more jammy peach. Mildly tart. Just a hint of acetic funk. Nice sweet/tart balance. Light body, smooth. Overall, quite nice.

Wow! This beer was amazing! Stellar representation of peach flavor and aroma. Tart flavor, delicate barrel character. If it was not for this beer I would have continued to assume Colorado didn't grow peaches.
