Price: $5.00 (I think) Purchased: Oct. 30, 2015 Consumed: Oct 30, 2015 Misc.: They did not know the name of this beer, but I reached out to Nick to determine what he thought and went with this Poured a golden, murky color with 2-to-3 fingers of rocky, white, foamy head. Scattered bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass. Lots of foamy lacing on the sides of the glass. Excellent, thick retention. Clear copper color with a very small head. A bit flat mouthfeel. The aroma had typical bretts. Overall refreshing and funky but mostly citrus and green apple. Not bad at all.

Bottle @ Craft Clerko. Golden pour with a small white head. Nose is quite fruity. Plenty of citrus, mandarin orange. Fresh peach juice and nectarine. Taste is similar. Honeyed nectarine, pear juice. Meyer lemon acidity ballasted by a bready body. Easy drinking. Pleasant.

Nocturne (1709) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUN 18, 2015
375ml bottle. Slight hazy gold. White head. Aroma is fruity in a kind of citrus, melon rind, papaya kind of way. Taste again is citrussy, slightly sour and a bit herbal. Decent sourness, decent fruitiness, but I think I’d take a more standard wit over this.
