Bottle from the new brewpub, amazing place btw... Pours a bit of a murky golden brown with a small white head... Aroma is very orangy with notes of funk, breads, doughy... Flavor is of orange bread, carbonation is lacking... Decent good interesting beer but my least favorite I’ve had...

Shared 12.7 oz. bottle poured to snifters, displaying a hazed, orangey color, with a modest layer of bubbly, soft white head foam, and light dots & dashes of lacing. The aroma was funk & fruit as lemon & orange, but the brett dominated. Medium bodied, the flavor added a hint of peach, and just a touch of mellowing, soft malt. A combination of tartness, dryness, and lively carbonation made this a tasty palate invigorator.

Bottle in the Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell. Clear amber, with medium white foam head. Nose is lactobacillus sour, tart, light funk, lemon citrous, minerals. Quite a clean and lemony sour nose. Taste is clean and crisp, with lactobacillus sour, light fresh lemon, lemonade, lip puckering sour, slight wheat grain malt.

Bottle bought as take-out from Craft Beer Co., Covent Garden. Pours pale gold with a slight haze and no head. Lots of sharp lemony bretty aroma. Bright citrus on the tongue with white wine complexity - tart but softens at the finish with a hint of biscuit at the end. A nicecly complex beer where the brett brings lively flavours without it being too challenging to drink. Would be fantastic as a quaffer on a hot day though I expect it was crafted to be more of a sipper.
