Bottle shared at Beer Temple. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of Brett funk with some peppery saison yeast and dank cellar. Flavour is moderate acidic, grapefruit and the blood orange coming out in the palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Pretty nice!

Bottle, from b3shine. Bright yellow, lively white head. Lemony citrus and rustic funk aroma. Lovely austere crackery malts, lemony and grassy notes compliment the funky character. Finish is bone dry. Beautiful flavours, nuanced and refreshing, terrifically balanced brett character. Thanks Beau!

Very cloudy dark yellow pour with half inch stark white head, very sudsy lacing. Super funky sour orange aroma, tart fermented berries and brett, cottony overall. Average to low carbonation, very clean finish for the style, sourness leaves back of mouth a bit dry. Taste is obviously tons of sour, pert, funky brett, sour berries and detectable orange flavor. Great, very wild ale that doesn’t dry the mouth like some, no wheat flavor whatsoever.

26.02.2014, tap @ Mikkeller Bar:
Small shortlasting head. Aroma is sorrel, oak barrel, citrus, mild brett, sour socks, mild vinegar. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, citrus peel, oak, sorrel, grass, hay, sour socks, hops, brett, hints of cardboard. Dry mouthfeel. Nice enough, fall edition is a lot better.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, malzig, leichte Gewürze, fruchtig säuerlich. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, minimal säuerlich, Citrus.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours hazy yellow with a small, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has funk, leather, oranges, red apple. Some lemon candy notes to it. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of Brett, mild fruity sweet oranges, green apple zest, light wheat. A little bit over the top, as the beer itself feels a tad lost amongst the Brett. It improves considerably as it warms up.

Tasted on 2/20/14 from a capped 375mL bottle purchased at Jug Shop. Pours cloudy yellow/orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to average lace. The nose is citrus hops with fresh sour orange juice. The flavor is quite tart, very easy to drink, with the same fresh tart orange juice, citrus flower hops, and a bit of light wheat malt. The body is light with lively carbonation and a long fresh floral orange finish.
