Hazy yellow color, nice appearance. Belgian pale complexion, with a nice profile and balance, until a bitterness that is hidden there comes out a bit too strong. (at 2015 Summer Beer Dabbler, St. Paul, MN)

Yellow, thin white head. Smells like fresh bread, some citrus, and some white wine. Taste is oaky, funky, some surprisingly subtle citrus notes. Becomes much more bretty as it warms. Nice stuff.

Bottle at PBFX. Hazy orange color, small white head. Lemony, bretta and some fruityness. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Citrus, astrigent, active carbonation, even a bit too much. Easier than winter version. Balanced.

Tap at beer belly in Albany, pours thick lemony white unclear with a white head. Aroma brings the citrus so nicely blended with the wild yeast. The flavor does the same bringing even more delicious citrus notes and wild yeast blended so nicely, with the wild yeast really picking up the pace after the sweet and rindy citrus showcases at the beginning.
