Bottle shared by adnielsen. Pours yellow with some haziness to it. Lots of lemon and orange on this, very light citrus fruits. Nice herbal taste, very drinkable.

0.375l bottle from 2013#2 brought home from 2D2dspuma. It fizzes quote loudly this one. On the pour itís cloudy and kinda straw golden in color. Head-vise itís as mentioned fizzing, quickly faded into a thin filmy white thing. It smells really lovely though. Lots of acidic lemons and lemon juice, itís definitely bretted all the way this and I get white currants, gooseberries, green strawberries and itís in general really fruity and inviting on the, what I will call, a lovely nose. Tastes even better! Same this is refreshing! It has a above average, not aggressive but high carbonation level and it feels thin oily in the mouth. Tart fruits and berries goes on in the taste as well. Itís so lightdrinkable this. I could probably drink this a whole evening without getting too tired of it. That brett has really done some wonders on this. It has a lingering bitter and slightly sour oranges tail thatís not letting go easily. Iím really really enjoying this one! 16.08.2014

Sample at The Source. Hazy golden color with a medium foamy white head that evaporates steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, funky yeast and herbs. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, berries, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a lingering funky citrus aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Pours golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of tangerine, lemon peel, barn yard, lemon meringue. Flavours are initially tart lemon pith, white grapes, Brett then mellowed out with balanced funky farmhouse flavours. Nice light finish. Cheers adza!

Pours a soft and hazy bright straw yellow with two fingers of coaxed creamy white head. Very nice aroma, floral with lightly bready notes and a hint of stone fruit. Bright acidity and a touch of lychee, horse blanket, and overripe myer lemon juice. A bright and forward acidity shows at the front of the mouth with some citrus and earthy notes. Very light bodied and dry with a gripping acidity.

Bottle from CBX. Iím guessing this is the Summer version, brewed with Tango Mandarin. Hazy golden pour with a frothy white head. Huge citrus aroma, tropical fruits, mango, cantaloupe, mandarin oranges and Brett funkiness. Flavor is similar with juicy tropical citrus and Brett funkiness throughout with some lingering oakiness. So fucking tasty and refreshing. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Bottle from Mikkeller Webshop; hazy golden yellow pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has orange and light funk, taste has zesty citrus, orange, funk, drying, brett, straw, with the right amount of sourness. Yep a great beer.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle ($8.50): Pours slightly hazed gold with a white head. Aroma is wonderful brett, citrus, funk, and spice. Really nice aroma. It is fortunately mirrored with precision in the taste. The blood oranges meld with the light sourness impeccably well. The funk is on point. As with most things by this brewery, I cannot recommend it enough.

Pours a hazy dirty apricot, bit of an ivory head. Aroma has malty and strong fruity tones. Sour apple dominates the flavor, but the malty underpinning peeps through. Flavor is fairly firm and fairly zingy. A pleaser any time of year.

Appearance: Hazy golden body, white fizzy head that doesnít leave much lacing. Aroma: Souring tangerine scent and some old barnyard aroma. Taste: Very pleasant all around. From the get-go there is a tart orange flavor which is not too powerful and is very refreshing. Next there is a bit more fruit which tastes like grapefruit and lime. The end tastes like wheat. I donít know what is in this beer, this is just what I pick up. I love it. Palate: Very easy drinking and refreshing. Light bodied, a bit low in carbonation (bottle) but on tap it was just right. Overall: Itís perfect for a Summer beer; light, refreshing, citrusy, and just enjoyable all around. I highly recommend it both on tap and in the bottle. It leaves me wanting more.
