4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz bottle pours a hazy yellow color with a lot of frothy head. Extremely sour at first, but mellows with some time to breathe. The sourness balances well against the milder wit beer flavors.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
375 ml. bottle. 2014/Batch 2. Pours an enormous gradually collapsing white head, over a hazy gold (SRM 5) body.....nose is heavy Brett. notes, barnyard , light citrus, minimal hops, balance to the Brett........taste is sour, with extensive Brett contribution, citrus, light Belgian funk, very slight herbal hop contribution, hints of wood..... mouth feel, light of medium body, slightly sticky, carbonation high, with high acidity. The Brettanomyces contributions are utterly dominant. The result is a reasonably complex, refreshing, surprisingly light, delightfully sour beer. It is not a Belgian White (Witbier). BJCP 8/3/15/4/7
