Probably my second favorite beer by CS. Tons of vinous grapey flavors with some oak, funky brett, lactic tartness, and the typical sulfuric extra funky crooked stave yeast. The last firework always gets put in the tube upside down.

On tap at the taproom. Pours a strawlike golden color with a pillow soft white head. Aroma of hay, barnyard, mild spice and wood. Moderate funk. Lemon and brett notes apparent in the nose as well. Flavor is dry, funky, with moderate bready-sweet malt notes. Medium, crisp body. Finishes a bit tart. Quite nice.

Golden color with white creamy head. Has a nose of a gueuze. Starts out tasting like a lambic gueuze but with less carbonation. Has funk, sourness, grapefruit. Finishes quick, tart and dry. Great beer. Good use of bret.
