From a 375 ml bottle. Pours a light hazy gold with a thin rapidly dissipating head. Aroma has some moderate funk to it, but not oppressively so. Also has notes of carmel, lemon, and grapfruit. The taste is fantastic starting with the balanced flavors of tart citrus tang and mild sweet malt. Some light vinous overtones are also present and some oak flavors from the barrel aging. The finish leaves a crisp tart aftertaste on the palate. The carbonation is light as is the mouthfeel. An outstanding saison. Complex but still very crisp and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Crooked Stave. Pours a cloudy. Bit of light lacing that disappears quickly. Aroma is funk and citrus. A bit of light oak and tartness. Very smooth and full with a slightly acidic finish. Enjoyable and refeshing.

375ml split 2 way thanks to Nick. Pours a nice orange color with minimal white head. Smell is citrus, oak, and funk. Taste is really impressive. Huge juicy citrus/orange flavor with a bit of oak and just a little tart funk. Nice dry finish, really enjoyed this one.

Thanks to drowland for the share. High quality saison. Nice hazy light gold pour. Citrus, tart, grass in the aroma. The taste brought out a bit more of the oak with some apple and bretts. A nice level of carbonation with light mouthfeel. Tasty refreshing stuff.

Bottle to glass. Hazy golden orange pour with a creamy white head. Nose is earthy barnyard hay with some bitterness; underlying oak. Taste is very sharp tanginess up front with barnyard funk and saison yeast. Oak smoothens the beer to a great balance.

Bottle (batch 4) from Scott - thanks! Hazy glowing yellow pour with a slick of off-white foam. Aroma is lemon, oak, grain, white wine, and light bitterness into the finish. Taste is quenching lemon with light bitternes, grain, oak, light tart, crisp reinforcing brett, and white wine. Clean, dry, and balanced. Excellent.

12.7 oz. bottle, sent from mista (thanks a lot, Geoff), pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a mix of zestiness, white wine notes, and oak - a touch of funk as well. Flavour is fairly tart for a saison with lots of wine barrels showing up, with low funk, and a little citrus. The vinous notes are front and centre, but are not overburdening. Highly drinkable and elegant. Excellent stuff.
