Pours a light orange into the glass with a fully diminished head that leaves trace ring lacing. The nose is of Brett, cider and barnyard silage. Flavors are dry underripened apples, tart citrus, Brett, some light dank funk, light oak to finish and a lingering peppery tart sourness. This medium-bodied brew has a mouthfeel that is semi-dry and juicy on the palate. A nice summer refresher with a lot of complexity and flavor for days!

Bottle: The aroma consists of citrus, lemon, and light must. It pours a hazy golden-orange with a two finger orange tinted off-white head that has decent retention. The flavor starts with moderate citrus and a hint of tropical fruits. The finish has light-moderate lemon with a touch of grassy and floral notes. It’s light bodied with moderate-lively carbonation. Overall, a very tasty and refreshing Saison.

Nice slightly fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish fruity, sorrel, oak, hay, soda powder, citrus peel, grain, chalk, grass, dried fruits. Taste is very dry (almost harsh) sour-ish, oak, sorrel, harsh grass, chalk, citrus peel, soda powder, hay, sour berries, vinegar. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough, not really my cup of tea.

Tart/sour on the front that hits you. Very pleasant. The tartness gives way to a light malt and a neutral oak finish. An excellent tart/oak aftertaste that is very enjoyable. Some barnyard funk in the middle.
