3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
375 mL bottle crushed with Jakebra. Very happy to state that. Hazy golden pour with a light, white head. Aroma of isovaleric, sweaty cheese, acetic, and overall funk. Flavor is sour, cheesy, little vinegar. Not sure if itís a saison, but itís good either way.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very similar to the Saison. Cloudy yellow with nose of citrus fruits. Taste is of sour apple and lemon, but with a hint if funky vinegar. Another great sour by CS!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pale, clear straw with little head. Funky, sour apricot on the nose; a bit of barnyard as well. Definite brett note from start to finish with some lemon on the taste, but all nicely mellow. Low carbonation. Sour twang finishes it. A very nice refreshing saison.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
murky orange, thin white large bubbled head. Apple-pie crust and cinnamon greet nose, meaty and earthy. Burnt sugar offensive at front palate, mid oxidized and cardboard, tomato hints with old sugar a la Reserva 2010 finish, acid living on.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap at Churchkey for CBC. Pours a full haze, deep gold. Weaker head. Nose is very funky bleu cheese, vanilla, mild candies moving thankfully to fresh tangerine and grapefruit. Taste is tart, bright, lactic, citric, mild sticky orange moving to nice bitterness. Description wise Iím not sure why I gave this a 3.9 but clearly that is how it is scored in my notebook. I guess as this warmed up it really hit its stride as bright and funky rather than sticky sweet.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Some funkiness and wine on the nose. Pours an opaque gold. Sharp but not quite astringent taste, actually quite well balanced. Not a daily drinking beer for the price, but a nice treat.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a hazy amber gold with a near white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma is quite dry with a good amount of funk and a bit of acid and earthy fruits. Flavor is dry as well with a good amount of funk and some earthy sour fruits with a hint of acid.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a hazy peachy golden color with a finger of fizzy foam. On the nose its tart vinous notes, touch of grainy stonefruit... the palate follows suit with a nice medium carbonation that keeps the body light but still slightly silky. Nice dusty backbone slightly gueuze like with lots of light lemony funk. I wish this was on my local shelves cause Id drink the shit out of it !!! THANKS adnielsen !

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Funky brett nose with dried apricots and yeasty bread. Clear gold orange with medium lacing and persistent ring. Clean upfront...this beer is mostly about the finish: lightly tart, bitter marmalade, vinous, touch of dust, and light but lingering funk. Donít get much oak directly. Compelling as always from these guys.
