12 oz. bottle from Wilbur’s. Appearance: finger white head, cloudy copper color, light lacing. Aroma: oak, grape, tart fruit, light yeasty leaves, Palate: light, average-lively, light sour/tart, thin texture, dry finish. Taste: sweet fruit, to nice tart, almost sour fruit, light bitter on the end. Overall, awesome beer! I am in love with this brewery. Great tartness, but simple and super drinkable. Love it.

Bottled. Pours clear, deep golden with a small, lacing, white head. Aroma of yeast, barnyard, brett, wood and notes of tropical fruits. Sweet flavor that ends up dry, acidic with bitter notes. Medium bodied, watery texture and soft carb. A very nice Saison.

Taste is sour and slightly funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, hay, dry soil, gooseberries, passion fruit, pineapple juice, sour milk, white grapes, moist wood, leather and barnyard. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, yuzu juice, sour milk, hay, dry soil, unripe pineapple, gooseberries, white grapes and lemon zest. Elegant, complex, juicy, refreshing and very tasty.

Bottle. Little to no head, some bublbly white foam. Very murky dark rust brown orange. Very vinous, bretty, oaky, slight vanilla, and funky hay in the aroma. Flavor is sour, but in an almos gueze manner but not quite that reach. Woody, sharp at first, but mellows into a nice rounded meadow flavor. Lighter to medium body with some slickness.

Smells and tastes like sweet tarts in the best way a sour beer can. Nice white head that stays for days and a good tannic finish.

Hazy golden coloured body with an orange glow and a thin off-white head. Aroma of sour grapes, yeast, oak and a hint of grass. Light to Medium-bodied; Very sour and vinous taste at first with a very grape flavour and a lot of herbal notes on the finish with the sourness really rolling through. Aftertaste shows a lot of sour flavours throughout with a great kick at the end of oak and grapes. Overall, a very nice beer with a great sour note and a ridiculous complexity. I sampled this taster on draught at the brewpub on 07-June-2014.

Draft at the Source. Pours a dark golden color with a very small head. Aroma seems to be of sour grapes with a hint of yeast. Sour taste with a light malty presence. Excellent balance and not too sour.
