Having not had a ton of saisons, it’s nice to enjoy one now and then. This one pours a brilliant light amber with a full almost white head. Nose is citrus and clean with some grassy earthiness and some tartness coming through of lemon peel. It smells bright. Flavor is clean and crisp and enjoyable, mild to moderate tartness, bright citrus, refreshingly enjoyable. Very well done.

355ml bottle, pours white gold with plenty of haze and a bubbly white head, aroma has caramalt, piney & citrus hop, spicy yeast notes and lovey tart lambic zest. Lots of variety in the aromas and brought together and balanced with skill. Body is light, texture is thin, finish is dry and mild sour, carbonation is average to lively. A great beer to end 2014!

Exceptionnel !
