Bottle from BROnielsen. Thanks!!! Pours a hazed gold color with a small white head. Aromas of juicy, juicy funk... Genitalia, cheese. Awesome. Taste is almost gueuze like... Very expressive funky cheese taste along with some citrus and a little white pepper. Drying. Very good. Finishes slightly bitter with lingering notes of vagina. Fucken awesome.

375 at my place with Colin and Taylor. Pours golden orange. Almost no head. Aroma is a nice tangy tart orange zest, big Brett, light citrus. Taste is zesty fresh, light citrus, huge beer, barnyard.

pours hazy golden orange with a nice frothy head. Aroma is orange, grapefruit, and funk. Taste is loaded with citrus - orange and lemon, oak, nice brett funk, just the right amount of sourness and funk without being too acidic. Dry but leaves a pleasant sourness on the tongue. Extremely drinkable, enjoyed it. Wish they weren’t so pricy.

Bottle, Gotta pay 8 or 9 bucks for these but every now and then it’s worth it. A wonderful tart saison. Pours a light hazy orange with a touch of white head around the edges. Smell includes light funk, hay, citrus. Taste is moderately sour -- enough if you’re a fan of sours but not so much that someone who usually doesn’t like kind of thing couldn’t enjoy it. Barrel characteristics not overpowering but present. Light carbonation carries it through. Love this stuff.

Bottle from Belmont Station, PDX via Patrick. Pours a medium orange, very clear, little to no head. Fluffy, yeasty, dry, funk. Body brief but tart, finish has a fruity sweetness. Grapes, cherries? Really nice.

Pours a cloudy light to medium orange. Small frothy white head, fairly lasting with some lace. Aroma is yeasty, brett, light fruity, light peppery, sour and woody, white wine. Flavor follows. Medium plus body. Pleasantly tart and sour, some funkiness, little dryness. All that and yet still so very easy drinking.

Des céréales rustique et une explosion d’agrumes surettes animés par une effervescence vigoureuse qui s’attendrie avec le temps. Bière de soif exceptionnelle.

Pours a hazy golden color with a very white head. Smell is farmhouse like with a nice malt base, fruit, some citrus but with a hint of wood and lambic as well. Taste is very subtle flavors...wood, citrus, apricot ending puckeringly dry and woody. The body is light but slick with effervescent carbonation. A real treat.
