Forsyth County Bumble Tasting. Scent is more earth and citrus without much bourbon. Bourbon is noticeable in the flavor, and, surprisingly, blended well. Darker clear pear with small white head. Medium carbonation on medium light body. Bottle - Shared at Tasting

A - pours hazy orange amber with zero head. S - nice fruity aromas of peaches, apricot, apple juice, orange, white grape and pineapple are all mixed in with sweet musty whiskey barrel notes. Some acetic axis ad lemon juice. M - a little sour and medium strangely dense body. Dry alcohol warmed. T - up front taste is dried apricot and fleshy peaches with overripe orange juice with a quick acetic acid nip. The palate is malty sweet citrus musty oak as peach pie. End is musty and whiskey. O - this is a nice sour. Maybe the best whiskey aged light beer I've had. Still doesn't exactly work as well as say the Chardonnay surette. 4.1

Bottle @ The HUGE Tasting. The pour’s deep gold with a small head. The nose is full of buggy funk. Accents of whiskey, caramel, vanilla. The taste has plenty of barnyard funk. Brett. Notes of vanilla and bright citrus. Medium body, soft carbonation. Quite a solid effort. Tasty.

Wafting fruit bowl aromas, peach and orange. Cloudy orange colour with spider lace. Smooth mouthfeel, a tad above average mouthfeel. Declicious moderate fruit, tart building up in finish (and extra in sediment). No sign of booze however alcohol warming on another wind chill night. Marvelous, thanks again Jason B.

Bottle at the Huge Friday Jamboree, big thanks to Senator LK Smith from the American sector, 03/01/14. Murky orange amber with a thin off white swirl and edgework. Nose is light booze, bitter orange, straw, farmyard, tangy citric fruits. Taste comprises tarte apricot, orange pith, tangy fruit, Brett, hay, light funk, touch of damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying closure. Nice sour.

Mega Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry. Very light lemon sourness which is well tempered by light vanilla oak. Yep - a little sour peach here as well. Light semi dry finish. Tasty!

Bottle at the BIG 2-page tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours golden orange with a small white head. The nose is juicy, sweet orange, tangerine, peach, sherbet and a touch of funk. The taste is tart, acidic, peach, apricot, sherbet, barnyard, funk and alcohol warmth with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice tart stone-fruit action going on. Mighty decent.

Bottle shared at the big tasting. Cheers again Leighton. Pours clear golden with a small, dense white head. Nose is big on stone fruits - peach and apricot forward, cloves, juicy grapefruit. Taste is full of stone fruits, touch spicy, lime zest, citric rind, vanilla. Goes down easy. Very decent

Bottle shared at the Tasting That May Kill Us in London. I got this beer from AJ. Pours clear, bright gold with a mellow, frothy white head. The nose has tangerine, honeysuckle, mild funk. Light sweet flavor with ripe citrus, juicy lemon, more tangerine, hints of sticky honey, melon, pale bread. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mild warmth to finish, more honey, sweet pale bread, definitely some citric lemon, tangerine. Good stuff. A little bit lip-blistering, but good.

Hazy apricot colored pour. White head. Tart peaches, sweet oak, light booze, a hint of apples and grapes. Good beer!
