3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Bright slightly hazy gold pour. Peachy aroma, light funk, smells oaky. Taste is sour but not excessively so, nice peachy fruitiness with very light acetic character, not unlike authentic lambic. Palate is smooth and dry, low carbonation. Very tasty.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Yeasty, peaches are subdued, barrel isn't as pronounced as the base. Dare I say I prefer regular Surette?

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12.7 oz. bottle, sent from mista (thanks a lot, Geoff), pours a cloudy light golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out loads of peaches, followed by whiskey and vanilla. Flavour brings out loads of peaches combined with wonderfully complex whiskey barrels - some residual vanilla is in there with some woody notes. Remarkable depth and complexity. Excellent stuff.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottles sampled at The festival 2013 in Maine and also at Torst with Clockwork and Joel. Pours a beautiful hazy amber body with thin white lacing. Aroma is exactly what the name suggests: peaches and bourbon/whiskey character with some funky Brett coming through as well. Mouthfeel is medium and perfectly balanced. Notes of juicy peaches, ripe mango, whiskey, additional sour fruit and a tart funky brett character. Super good stuff.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
375-ml bottle (shared graciously by JPDurden24). Pours a hazy medium orange with the faintest trace of a head. Nice nose of Brett funk and pungent sweet peach with a boozy whiskey background. Tart light taste of sweet peach, slight barnyard, and oddly very little whiskey after such a hot nose. The flavors mesh well. Dry, bitter finish.
