Bottle thanks to the best c@ in CO adnielsen ! Pours a deep rich golden color with a finger of white foam. Nose is fruity booze, old wood and funk. The palate is round and chewy with nice balance between fruit sweetness, with touches of peach apricot mixed with boozy whiskey heat, tart vinous notes and a round toasted vanilla background. Dries out nicely in the finish with a lingering dusty basement funk.

Bottle 375ml.

Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart, fruity, pale malt, peach, funky, wine, wood, alcohol - whisky. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, peach, manure, brett, whisky, wood, warm, spicy - peppery. Wow this is nice ;D. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20131024]

Pouring at The Festival in Portland with Kramer, Andrew, and J-Dadmond. Pours a clear gold under a thin white head. Peaches and wood, bourbon and vanilla. Soft tart acid, gentle bourbon into a bit of peach. Gentle acid over macerated peaches. Long acid and wood on the finish.

Bottles sampled at The festival 2013 in Maine and also at Torst with Clockwork and Joel. Pours a beautiful hazy amber body with thin white lacing. Aroma is exactly what the name suggests: peaches and bourbon/whiskey character with some funky Brett coming through as well. Mouthfeel is medium and perfectly balanced. Notes of juicy peaches, ripe mango, whiskey, additional sour fruit and a tart funky brett character. Super good stuff.
