Bottle. The pour was a medium peachy orange with a tiny (less than 1/8 in) white fizzy head that disappeared a few seconds after the pour and had virtually no lacing to speak of. The aroma was of a light toasted caramel malt and a funky horse blanket Brett yeast with notes of green apple, white wine, citrus (orange), mango and a slight cask presence. The taste was moderately sweet and quite yeasty with a notes of green apple and tropical fruit throughout with the finish having a sour wine flavor with just a touch of oak cask at the end. The flavor lasted a decent time following the swallow with the fruity sour taste settling nicely on the taste buds. Mouthfeel was just beyond light in body with a dry watery texture and a mild carbonation. Overall a uniquely tasty Farmhouse Ale with just the right amount of yeasty fruitiness, that along with the sour wine presence gives this brew a very appealing drinkability...

At ROYGBIV tasting. ’12 bottle about 4 years old. This was my favorite of all the beers of the night. Slightly cloudy gold. Nose is some light sweaty brett, some stone fruits. Taste is some lacto and lemon tartness, with flavors of peach flesh, straw, light yogurt and tropical fruit, and a slightly chalky finish. Very smooth.

Hazy golden pour with a white head. The aroma has some big juicy citrus notes with some biscuit malt and light funk. The flavor is similar. I get some citrus, light tartness and funk. Fairly hoppy with some big grapefruit and orange notes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Blah blah bottle share bytemesis. From now on assume all of my reviews are from bytemesis beers. Absolutely still deep golden color. Fruity sour aroma, grape or something. Similar flavor but emphasis on the tart sour. Meh x2.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2015 Bottle. Pours gold white head. Nose/taste of stone fruit, sour funky barnyard, lemon, oak, white wine - medium body. A bit like an unblended lambic. 2012 bottle. Given the ratings, it looks like this one aged wonderfully.
