On tap @ Rackhouse during Sour Month. Pours a pale hazy lemon color with a lasting off white head. Aromas of lemongrass, straw, barnyard, light fruit/apricot, and yeast. Medium body, more smooth than sour, with a dry finisah. Earthy yeast, grass, tart fruit, horseblanket, and lemon. Funky finish that smooths out and is quite refreshing.

Orange golden color with a little foam. Sour clean fresh smell (almost lambic/brett) funky. Sour taste with spices, a little herbs and pepper. The aftertaste is dry smooth and basically insanely pleasant.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy straw coloured that pours with a rapidly disappearing foamy white head. It has a sharp, tart lemon and apple flavour with dry malt and vanilla flavours followed by a spicy, earthy, tart, extremely dry lemon and biscuity finish. Excellent!

Hazy orange color with big head. Aroma is fresh, even minty, citrus. Taste is citrus, sour, a bit doughy, nice balance, spicy, carbonation is a bit less lively than that of the Vieille. On the more sour side. Great balance, pure awesome!

375ml bottle. Golden yellow with one finger white head. Deep and rich sour/acidic and tart aroma, the age is noticeable and I think it’s appropriate to describe it as vinous as the label does. Smooth rich tart and acidic taste with some lemon, citrus, straw/hay and light maltiness followed by more clear grainy and slight oaty malt character intermingled with a lasting light sourness. Nice! Mouthfeel is smooth medium-light and the carbonation is rather prickly and probably at a medium level. Nice!
