On tap at Crooked Stave. Pours blonde with a nice off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a moderately sour light malt flavor with slight bitterness and a notable kombucha finish.

Draft at The Source - pours a rich orange, med head, lots of lacing, aroma - predominantly smells of rosemary, ginger, sage, taste - strange, but good, mix of tart and the above spices, spices are mellowed from the beer, but still obvious, almost like a sour fruit soup.

Draft at the source, pours hazed gold with white head. Aroma is floral, herbs, pepper, melon. Flavors are very dry, earthy, wood, vanilla then the yeast profile and kombucba come in towards the end, but phenolic not much kombucba but it does help dry it out more, adds a touch sourness, and some funky wild yeast notes. The kombucba is light and does work with the beer fairly well- perhaps muddled things up a bit. although not really an improvement.

On tap at The Source poured a hazy orange amber with a small lasting white head. Aromas of hibiscus, lemon zest, straw, ginger and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of straw, hibiscus, lemon zest and light ginger with a smooth dry lightly tart lingering hibiscus finish.

On tap at the source. Pour is hazy light pink with a big white head and great lacing. Medicinal, somewhat herbal, light hibiscus, citrusy, orange peel, bretty, and biscuity aroma. Taste is clean and light - grapefruit, light pear, citrusy, herbal, band-aid, and floral. Light body with medium carbonation. Super easy to drink and very refreshing.

Tap @ the Source. Pours a cloudy salmon appearance with a white head. Strong citrusy, orange/tangerine, grapefruity, spicy Brett, herbal aroma. Kind of a soft, pink lemonade, citrusy, slightly tart, a touch bready yeasty, refreshing flavor. Not my favorite but it is clean and easy to drink.
