3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle at home. Pours a hazy light golden color with a white sticky head. The first aromas that hits is lemon! It smelly really tart with a lot of lemon, then you gett the sweaty brett funk, gooseberry, sour dough, a wheat character, some tropical hoppiness there aswell. Flavour wise is also really tart, lemony, gooseberry, peppery, funky. Prickly carbonation and a light body. The finish is just a little dry. Because it’s got such a light body means I could drink this all day in the summer. Excellent stuff!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pale golden. Pale malty, some honey, even meadowy florals, hay .. strawy notes. Soft citrus, lemon peel. Light, bit thin flavoured, but nicely so. Some funk, some barn. Hay malty, light oaky, med tarty finish. Like the flavour. A bit thin, like a watered-down gueuze. Isn’t overly irritating though, nice one-off sunny patio drink.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(375ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Mar 21 2015) Pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma has funky cheese and wet hay, tart citrus, fruity, woody, fresh. Palate is kinda similar with lean citrus and light grains, pit fruit, hay, a little oak. Finishes dry and kinda mineral with lingering hop bitterness. Light bodied with average carb. Definitely on the funky side of flavour for a saison but still hits the style well, refreshing, really pleasant to drink. Would be perfect to drink all day in the summer if your wallet could sustain it. A bit too watery and short in the finish, maybe.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pleasant lemony Brett character in the aroma and flavor. Taste is quite tart and I don’t really pick up too much of the barrel. Nonetheless a pretty well-done beer.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
375 ml bottle from Det gode Brygg, Sandnes. Hazy yellow golden body with a medium sized white head. A very nice funky brettanomyces aroma with hint of wood and lemon, so delicious. Flavor is super refreshing, medium funky, pleasant acidic, lemon, mild wood and light bitterness. Totally balanced body and long lasting pleasant aftertaste in the direction of the main flavors. For me it’s the perfect session beer but also a very good all-rounder. Nice thirst quencher, good with almost any kind of food and even as a night cap. Fantastic for a rather low alcoholic beer. Love it.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Lightly clouded golden with a minimal white head. Lemony citrus, quite a bit of funkiness. Some grain. Quite a lot of tang, not a ton of sweetness. Very effervescent, good amount of carbonation, lighter body. Sort of chewy. Quite a short finish. Nice.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma is sour, tart fruit; maybe a hint of apple. Flavor is tart fruit with a dry finish. A little acidity on the palate makes it a little sharp.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Fizzy then fading cloudy, pale straw. Lively barnyard and floral notes. Light dry palate - a little thin. Lemon up front. Mild Brett funkiness. No woodiness or hops really. Delicate and very drinkable saison.
