750 ml bottle poured a hazy gold with a lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of straw, tropical fruit, tangerine, pineapple, light pine and light barnyard. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness, tangerine, tropical fruit, light barnyard and a hint of pine with a crisp dry moderatly bitter lingering fruity finish. Best of the WWB Series so far in my opinion!

Poured from a bottle thanks to Kevin. Spicy, fruity, bready malts, slight citrus, and earthy notes. Solid Brett character, horse, spicy, earthy, and amazing. Great beer.

Bottle thanks to Aaron! Pours a near clear orange gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of pine with a hint of backing earthy citrus and a hint of a Brett note. Flavor begins with earthy grassy and citrus note with a bit of bitter citrus towards the finish.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Thorpe429 (3824) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - APR 22, 2012
Thanks to drabmuh for sharing this bottle. Served in a SAVOR wine glass.
Bottle 487/1368
Pours a cloudy golden with a large white head and a good amount of spotty lacing on the way down.
The nose carries some nice tropical fruits along with some orange and grapefruit peel. Somewhat earthy in the background. Most of the character seems to be coming from the Galaxy rather than Brett.
Flavor has a nice hop component that’s very fresh. A bit leafy as well. Nice citrus rind and light earth behind the hops. A touch of Brett there as well.
Light body with moderate acidity and good carbonation. Light-medium bitterness leads to a dry finish.
Nice and interesting, though I would have liked a little more Brett to play against the dry-hop character.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Rustyham (1396) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - APR 9, 2012
Cloudy lemon color, very peppery on the nose and tongue. Bitter earthy flavor, definitely English and maybe some New Zealand hop flavors. Some onion flavors, spicy again, herbal, maybe some rye flavor.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 swoopjones (3429) - Buffalo, New York, USA - APR 6, 2012
bottle. golden orange pour, fluffy active white head. bretts funk in the aroma along with tropical fruit driven hops. Tangerine, mango notes. Bretty flavor, dry bitterness lesser tropical fruit in flavor than in aroma. Good stuff
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 kbutler1 (1115) - Minnesota, USA - MAR 23, 2012
Bottle. Pours a very heady light golden color. The head is light tan mostly white color and stands at least 3 fingers tall, slowly settles and leaves a sticky laces as it does. Brett floral notes upfront in the nose with a touch of fruit sweetness. Medium mouthfeel. The brett floral type note is present initially but gives way to a nice fruity note and then the bret floral is back and stays for awhile. The hops due impart a nice flavor that I think offsets the brett notes pretty well. Very little alcohol notes. Overall, pretty tasty if brett floral is your flavor.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 nightrider (707) - encinitas, California, USA - MAR 21, 2012
Pour from a bottle and thanks to Aaron for sending this treat. Golden orange in color with a billowy white head. Aromas of brett and hops.
Nice clean citrusy hop flavors with lemon and tangerine. Nice balance of the forward brett character. The finish dries out really well. Really good unique beer in my book.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 crossovert (2781) - Wisconsin, USA - FEB 24, 2012
750 ml botte. #218/1368.
It pours a semi-hazy orange with a big fuffy white head.
The smell is great, tropical fruit notes along with a biting brett scent with medicine, barnyard, and "funk".
The taste is hoppy, bretty and earthy. Almost in equal amounts, there is a subtle sweetness. An interesting brew.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 natejgood (339) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 20, 2012
Pours a hazy golden color with a large off-white head that craters slowly as it goes down. Aroma of floral hops and citrus fruit. Cream, slightly sweet with a nice taste of citrus and hops, but not very bitter. Nice hope flavor without being over-hopped. Very drinkable. I’m going to have to try this again when the weather warms up, as it seems like a good deck beer.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 arminjewell (3107) - Parker, Colorado, USA - JAN 30, 2012
Pour out of 750 mL bottle is slightly hazy orange with white head, aroma packs a punch with nice tropical fruits, mango and pineapple mix into a orange and grapefruit hop, touch of grassy notes and a nice cracker to back it up. Taste even incorporates the funk, into a sweet tropical fruit beginning mixing with the citrusy hops, touch of grass and biscuit notes finishes slightly tart, funky, and very dry. Best of the series for sure.
