Bottle from Aaron. Fucken A! Cloudy reddish-orange pour with a big white head. Light acetic sourness, nice blueberry fruitiness, and some lemon zest. A touch of yogurt, some oak, grape, and musty funk. Lightly grassy and dry. The flavor is fairly tart, but it has a nice fruit note. Blueberry, lemon, yogurt, and grass. Dry finish, oak, and a slight mustiness.

backlogged rating: Poured a reddish golden hue with a hint of purple. The beer has notes of blueberry muffins, pale grains, oak, apricot, mango, hibiscus, vinegar and light funk. The taste follows suit which made me very happy, fresh blueberry working with the hop fruitiness over the layers of grains and wood. Wonderfully tart and refreshing, this is so fr the one Crooked Stave beer I would want again and again.

Bottle shared by cptnspeed1...thanks Brad! - Pours rosy amber with a soapy white head. Nose is light vinegar tartness, berry fruitiness, and a lightly sweet malt base. Taste is real berries, lots of fruitiness, a bit of dry yeastiness, chalkiness, and some light vinegar tartness. Real light and carbonated.

Big ups to main man Jeff! Very nice copper pour with faintest purple/blue tints and a vibrant, prickly carbonation. Very tart berry in the nose, that fresh and pert young blueberry aroma with fairly sharp wood and funk. Lively mouthfeel, just the right degree of acetic mouthfeel. Taste is crisp, even a bit hoppy in places, and seems just a bit muted compared to the complex nose. Very enjoyable, though: lively, funky, and dry.

Bottle at the WALEZ tasting - thanks Felipe! Pours cloudy amber with a bit of redness. Medium off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma is funky, Brett yeast, lemon, some fruitiness. Flavor is lightly sweet, light funk and a bit of blueberry, but not much. Light body, champagnelike carbonation.

Shared at Mike’s sour and brett tasting. Pours a hazy amber color. Aroma is tart, a little funk, blueberry. Taste is sour and a bit funky. This one went over nicely at the tasting. Good stuff.

Bottle... Murky amber ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Great retention. The nose is tart, bready and fruity. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and modest carbonation. The flavor is tangy, fruity and bready with loads of berries and a suggestion of biscuity sweetness. Finishes crisp, bready, tangy, and then dry. Bottle courtesy of ctipping!

750 ml bottle shared by bsuedekum- thanks again, Blake! Bottled 7/12, #378/1516. Pours a murky salmon color with a moderate off-white head. Aroma of blueberry, bretty funk, lemon, oak, and citric acid. Flavor is the same. Big lemon and blueberry character, love the way that works together. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart mouthfeel. This is fantastic.
