Wild Wild Brett Indigo is the sixth installment of the WWB series. WWB Indigo had blueberries added into the fermentation and during barrel aging. Known for their deep indigo color, the blueberries add a tart fruit aroma on top of the earthy Brettanomyces tropical fruit flavors.

UPDATED: JUL 25, 2015 Lightly cloudy pink purple straw yellow. Nose of brett and lactic funk with light barrel and berries. Wheaty base, dry berry notes, pineapple brett. Tart, but not overly similar and no little to no VA. Smooth and very drinkable. Drinking quite well even pushing a couple years old now. >>Rerate: About 9 months since last rating. Donít know if itís bottle variation, but bumping up the taste owing to great showing of blueberry, particularly skins coming through, and some light yogurt that I donít remember from the first rating.

750ml bottle huge thanks to adnielsen and Lukaduke! Pours dark orange with slightest tint of reddish pink and medium head. Nose is tart acidic blueberry and red grape funk. Taste is crisp acidic blueberry spice and vinous oaky wet funk. Finish is lingering semi seeet funky blueberry jam and tart bretty fruit, oak. Still super tasty!

Tasted on 2/8/14 from a 750mL bottle at the RBWG Grand Tasting, big thanks to Aaron Nielsen for sharing!!! Pours cloudy peachy orange with an average white head that leaves an average collar of lace. The nose is fresh, tart blueberry with some citrus and a spicy yeast character. The flavor is the same with the sour note coming through as a somewhat underripe blueberry. The body is medium with average, smooth carbonation, and a long sour blueberry finish.

Psyched to run through the whole set. Past it's prime though :( my fault. Still a fun night with the gang at Sante. A - pretty dark caramel with redish tinges with low head. S - Nose is a nice funky sour. Acetic up front, vinegar, cheese funk, and sour cream come on strong. Notes of straw, blueberries, and butter. M - medium body and sour! Almost ggressive. T - the taste follows the nose pretty well but is sweeter and the acetic tones are toned down. Some sugary cake batter and blueberries. O - really nice sour from stave. 4 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml bottle shared by NielsenRatings at RBWG grand tasting. Pours a dark golden color with a hint of reddish purple. The aroma and flavor have tart bluberries, dry Brett, some funk, a hint of acidity, a bit of cherry pie. Solid.

Bottle generously shared by Nielsen at the RBWG grand tasting. Nose has sweet cherry cobbler and lemon juice. Surprising sour intensity. Doesnít go overboard. Lip smacking good cobbler tartness!

Bottle - Sour lemon and citrus. Cloudy orange with a rich beige head. Lots of Bret and sourness. Berry peaks through, but if you didnít tell me it was there I wouldnít know. Sour bretty goodness, but no subtle flavours. As I say this is there a bit of blueberry sweetness?

Pour is orange gold, transparent, with a tight off white head. The nose is bright with strong Brett and acetic presence. Blueberry blended in pretty nicely with a leathery Brett and soft dusty presence. Taste is solid, blueberry is the focus but not sweet at all with a lighter Brett presence. Dusty and faint leather with a hint of bandaid. Body is light and airy with a solid softer carbonation and a fairly dry finish.
